Luxury Mountain Retreat in Fairmont Hot Springs Resort Community

The house was missing alot of things we needed. Tupperware, ziplocks, can opener that worked, blow dryer that worked, wine glasses, more dishes and cookware. Some family games would be nice. Wasn’t much to do. Needs some updates

Beautiful home, beautiful location

The house was clean and worked great for our family. Darren was great when I asked if we could check in early and accommodated the request. We would recommend this property if you are planning on going to Fairmont!

This house was exactly what we wanted. Spacious. Comfortable beds, clean. What was disappointing was how such a beautiful house hasn’t been kept up. The over stove microwave hood fan non functional so they simply put microwave on counter. No hood fan at all. Dishwasher was testy the first day then did not work the remainder of our stay. Fireplace is gas , which on a cold snowy night would have been ideal… but owner does not have it connected to gas , so again not functioning. Small deck on back of house but the bbq isn’t on it. Instead it’s placed in the middle of the yard with instructions not to move. Not ideal when there’s 3” of snow and it’s dark. Oh and neither of the two propane tanks for bbq were functional. One was empty and the other had a broken valve. Holes in the walls above baseboard heaters seemed like something that should have been addressed ? Pans for cooking had burnt debris on them… overall this home has amazing potential , unfortunately it has not been maintained to the level you would expect or want when you’re looking to have a nice relaxing stay.

Location was great. Pet-friendly, Host was easy to connect with before and during our visit.

The property was as advertised and had very comfortable beds.Darren was excellent to deal with and quick to respond to any questions.Close to the Hot Springs and several golf courses.

Easy check in check out with a code.Beautiful area. Beddings was very clean and comfortable.Kitchen was well stocked.Would have been nice to have some shower gels etc. Hair dryer didn't work.

The owner was great at communication and very helpful. House was wonderful. We very much enjoyed our stay!

This was the best vacation our family has had for a long time! We were there from Alberta and the United States! The place was exactly as listed. Darren was extremely helpful in answering all our questions! The house is immaculate and we (including our dog) felt totally at home. The golf courses were handy. Thank you Darren for sharing your beautiful home with us. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Our stay at this cozy home was absolutely wonderful! The location is fantastic, and the layout of the house is absolutely perfect for young and old alike. The owner was very easy to reach, and extremely helpful, kind and courteous through the entire process. We have already recommended it to family and friends and will definitely stay again. 10/10!
