Stayed Apr 2, 2026Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this house. For the most part, the pictures on the website are accurate. The layout of the house is perfect for a family, the backyard is fantastic, and the guest house is a lovely extra space. While there is much that is positive, it is obvious that this is a rental property. Things are a bit lived in. Some of the furniture is worn and/or stained. Also, I had to communicate with the property manager a couple of times because certain things didn't work, including the firepit outdoors and the t.v. in the master bedroom. They were very responsive and addressed the problem promptly. I would encourage the owners to consider a couple of things: 1) There were no hand towels or wash clothes in the house. There were plenty of bath/swim towels, but none smaller for drying hands or use in the shower/bath. 2) There is a somewhat significant wasp/bee problem in the back yard; specifically around the pool. We ended up purchasing wasp spray and trying to eliminate this problem. Two family members were stung. While this didn't ruin our stay, it was a pretty constant concern. 3) I purchased a small number of cleaning supplies, as there was nothing for basic clean-up in the kitchen or outdoors. We were only provided a very small bottle of dishsoap and a small packet of kitchen wipes, hardly adequate for four nights/days. In closure, this home was enjoyable and spacious. With a few minor improvements, it would be an amazing property!

The layout of both the main house and the casita was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—ideal for both privacy and group gatherings. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful stay. Can’t wait to come back!

The property managers were helpful with any questions for check-in and while on the property. I would absolutely come back to our rental again when back in Scottsdale.

Stayed Feb 27, 2025An absolutely perfect oasis for spending time in this area. Five of us, all old friends and we had a wonderful stay. Would be amazing for a group of 5 or 6 couples. A gorgeous pool and hot tub and an amazing fireplace. Bring your own little Bluetooth speaker because there are no wired speakers outside.

Stayed Nov 5, 2024Stayed for 10 days in November with 3 generations of family and friends. House was outstanding for our diverse group with great spaces for getting away but also excellent group areas for meals, tv, etc. There were lots of utensils for meal preparation and serving. One small problem with the house was the main entrance to the backyard is directly behind the kitchen table so we had quite a bit of congestion and chair shifting at times. Backyard had way too many opportunities for fun! Cornhole was a particular hit and world issues were solved late at night by the fire. We had some small problems arise like plugged drains and a greasy BBQ but these were handled promptly. There was an issue with heating the pool and the hot tub that took a few days to resolve but the financial compensation was more than fair. We would definitly stay here again and I would strongly recommend this property for a large group!
