The laundry service was convenient and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

The house had a great layout and was very spacious—perfect for a group or family. The location couldn’t be better: just a short drive to downtown Moab, Arches National Park, and easy access to the highway to get to Canyonlands. It also has a great coffee shop called Snake Oil just walking distance. We also appreciated the community pool across the street.That said, the house wasn’t very clean when we arrived. We found hair in two of the beds, a stain on another comforter, and one bed had sand in it that we didn’t notice until going to sleep. There were also ants in the upstairs bathroom and what looked like dog hair on a couple of pillows. The garage code remote and the pool gate code also both did not work. Unfortunately, we reached out to the hosts about these concerns and never received a response.The home itself has potential—it’s a great setup—but could use some updates. The sheets and kitchen knives were quite worn, and there were a few minor maintenance issues / things broken that could use a little TLC like a broken fridge drawer, the vent on the microwave was broken, the shower curtain rod in the up stairs shower was broken etc to name a few.Despite the cleanliness and lack of communication, we did enjoy our stay thanks to the home’s size and ideal location. With some attention to detail, this could be a fantastic place to stay in Moab.

Clean and simple, nice place to stay

The property was in great shape, well-stocked with supplies, and it was in a great location close to everything. We had a very good and comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home.

We have stayed in this property multiple times and it is our go to place when we go to Moab (once or twice a year).

The townhome is very roomy and very well stocked. We traveled as a group of three couples through the Utah park system. I would like people to know that there are four bedrooms upstairs, but two bathrooms, one near three bedrooms and the other in the primary suite. So it is good to know that set up that I was not aware of.We had a great time. The kitchen was well stocked for making appetizers, etc. Large laundry room available with full-size washer and dryer, which came in very handy toward the end of our trip.The location is great, near to the restaurants of Moab. The area is very safe and clean.We didn’t use the pool, but I know it is available. Would recommend.

The property was very nice however. The table leg on the table on the outdoor patio was broken. The ceiling fan on one bedroom did not work. Another bedroom the ceiling light and tv did not work. Toilet paper holder was broken in one bathroom and no spare batteries for tv remote that was about to die. I called manager no answer. I emailed and heard back next day and then we had figured out that problem was a tv was unplugged however I reached out again and nothing. I have stayed at places before and the manager was very responsive also the bathroom sink drained very slow

This home is modern, comfortable, clean and conveniently located to Arches NP and downtown MOAB. Our family of four had more than enough room to enjoy downtime between activities.

The communication overall was fantastic - leading up to my stay, just prior and during was really good. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and stocked. All appliances worked as expected.

Beautiful & spacious home! Well stocked with extra towels, linens, and kitchen supplies. The pool is a short walk from the house. The location of the house is perfect for Arches National Park, a little farther to Canyonlands but not terrible. Location to downtown Moab can’t be beat. My kids (and I) hated to leave
