The space
Welcome to the Zephyr House, a stunning high-end luxury home completed in early 2026 and one of Surf City's true gems. The home backs up to the saltmarsh and has great sunset views over the water, and is steps away from the beach. Zephyr is located walking distance to many of the shops and restaurants in Surf City and is the perfect way to enjoy all the island has to offer.

The main level features a spacious open floor plan ideal for relaxing after a day in the sun. The custom kitchen is fully equipped with all new Café appliances and a wine fridge, perfect for preparing fresh local seafood from Surf City Crab or Topsail Steamer.

The second level features twin Primary Suites, each including it's own private bathrooms and private balconies overlooking the water. There is a bunk room with 4 beds and a pullout sofa, and a 4th bedroom with a Queen bed. Plenty of room for multiple families!

The emerald winding creeks of the sound create gorgeous views from every floor on the back of the house, with a large main porch equipped for outdoor dining and drinks as you watch theWe provide all linens, beach towels, pillows, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent and dish soap. We also provide cleaning supplies that you are welcome to use.

Our space is thoughtfully designed with families in mind! You'll find a Pack-N-Play and changing pad for your little ones. Keep older kids entertained after a day at the beach with plenty of books and board games. Each bedroom features a wall-mounted ROKU TV—just bring your login info to stream your favorite apps! sun dip into the water at the end of the day. Newly furnished, ready for you!

Guest access
Parking is available under the house and in the driveway. There is also parking at the beach access point, but it's also very walkable - only 3 blocks away!
