Stayed Jun 28, 2025Near-perfect house for myself and my grown sons with their significant others. We enjoyed the proximity to the Southampton beaches, town, and Hampton Bays waterfront restaurants.Pool is lovely. Our only complaint was the light situation in the house. Bedrooms do not have blackout curtains, and 2 of them get VERY bright in the am - Not great for sleeping in! And upstairs could use MORE lighting for evening activities. Otherwise, we'd rent again!

Stayed May 9, 2025A lovely home featured in Architecture Record in the 1980s. Great for design nerds as well as anyone just wanting to get away from the city and be near the water. This place was close to restaurants and attractions, but feels secluded too if you're looking to just relax with a group of family or friends. Really loved this place!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024Highly recommended! The host was great and communication was perfect. The property is located about a ten minute drive to the center of town (Southampton) and about the same to Hampton Bays. Perfect location for activities in the area! The home is lovely, first floor/entrance has three bedrooms and the living room/kitchen is on the second floor. Very spacious, cozy. Few downsides: it was shoulder season so the pool area was closed off (pool cover on). I know it’s hard to keep this area maintained/clean but it was in rough shape and uninviting. Also, some of the small touches are lacking like paper towels, soap/shampoo in the bathrooms, etc. Not a huge deal and I’m sure that’s mentioned in the details, but it would have been nice.

Stayed Oct 2, 2023Our group was up for a few rounds of golf and Wyatt’s house is perfect… 5 minutes from everything and the pool still open in October is a bonus. The house has everything that one would need for there stay and was perfect for our needs.

Stayed Aug 14, 2023Our stay at the house was wonderful! The house is super special, set back from the road and the architecture of the house is really interesting - makes it really feel like a get-away. The kitchen is well appointed and the pool is clean and set beautifully in the yard. We look forward to staying here again! Great communication with the owner as well. All around 5 star stay!
