Stayed May 17, 2025I have stayed at many VRBO homes in Yuma and always seek out this home. It is my favorite house. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is comfortable and it is near restaurants and grocery. The backyard and pool and great to relax in. The bedding is comfortable and the home has all the necessary amenities to be comfortable.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025I am so happy this house was available when we booked last minute for a long weekend. The house was very comfortable and conveniently located. Property owner was easy to communicate with and fast to respond. Check in was a breeze. The covered outside patio with seating was a bonus to those wanting a break from the sun as others used the pool. Would definitely be interesed in staying here again.

Stayed Mar 28, 2025I liked how this house is laid out; bedrooms on both sides with the living area in the middle. It was a nice separation for our group. The outdoor covered patio is nice and the outdoor furniture is comfy. The Host was great to work with; I would book again. PS: We really enjoyed a delicious dinner at JT Prime on Saturday night. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 8, 2025I property is located in quite neighborhood. Located close to shopping and dinning, Downtown Old Yuma, a chamipionship golf course and medical facilities. We didn't use the pool to cold one week and during the other week we were golfing during the warm days. Great WiFi and easy access. The manager was easy to communicate with. For a butch of old guys we had a lot of fun!

Stayed Jan 27, 2025Loved it! Quiet neighborhood convenient location. Much much better than a hotel. Fully stocked. Was in town for business. It was wonderful coming back to such a comfortable home instead of a noisy hotel. Lovely pool and great fire pit. Will book again.
