Luxury Lakefront with Spectacular Pool, Spa & Putting Green!! Fully Remodeled!!

The home was beautiful. Wayne was very easy to deal with and extremely friendly. I would have like to have been able to heat the pool, but the hot tub was large and very relaxing. And what a beautiful view!

Everything was just perfect. Good pillows, linens, towels, amazing view, well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was a great size and warmed up fast. Attention to detail really added to the enjoyment of our stay here. Hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay and couldn’t have been happier! The views are amazing and we rented a pontoon boat that picked us up right from the dock! We were celebrating my Dad’s 70th birthday and he said we weren’t ever going to leave lol. I had to text Wayne, the owner, about the WiFi and he responded very quickly. There was even a welcome basket with snacks and wine when we arrived! Plenty of towels and very clean. The pool is super nice and we enjoyed swimming with views of the lake. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Stay was good. Cleanliness was the only thing that could have been improved. Dirty glass in sink and dirty towel hanging in Master Bath. Generally could have been cleaner, wine glasses were full of smudges and drinking glasses. We washed all before we used after noticing that.

We loved our stay! The place was very clean and fully stocked. They even had thoughtful extras to make the stay special. The home is beautiful and the view was amazing. Communication was a breeze. All in all 10/10

I had previously planned to take my partner to the lake for her birthday. Upon arrival entering the property we were blown away by the beautiful views overlooking the lake on the second floor. Having the living courters on the bottom floor is idea for families with children. But wait that’s just the inside which does not compare to having a pool on the lake, with a puffy yard as well. The kitchen was equipped with a utensils you could think of. We encountered a power outage but the owner was right there to fix as soon as possible. I will definitely be back.

Great house, great pool and view of the lake. Also bonus they have a fishing light off of the dock. So cool to see the fish at night. Great location especially if you rent a boat.

We enjoyed a relaxing visit to the lake. The pool was the perfect temperature to enjoy and the putting green was fun! The house was decorated really nice. Everything was avaliable as stated. The owner checked in during our stay to address any questions. All was great!

This is our fourth or fifth visit … pretty much says it all. Great place, great owner.

House was as advertised. The interior furnishings including silverware, dishware, etc. were probably the best I've seen in a rental property (not the usual mismatched set of leftover pots and pans). House is right on the open water with a dock for your boat, although as experienced boat owners know this lake can be rough on the weekends. The neighbors are a little close but friendly and helpful if needed. All the bedrooms are on the ground floor while the kitchen and living area are on the second floor which I found was a bit quirky (a little awkward when cooking on the grill). The owner is very available by phone and responds quickly when and if needed. All in all, we would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here over the 4th. Property is very well taken care of and the lake view can't be beat.

This property was the perfect place in every way! The view of the lake, with the pool, hot tub and putting green was the best place for our family vacation. The home is so well stocked with everything you need and more. The neighbors were friendly, but non-intrusive. The house and lake are beautiful! Neighbors were friendly! The house had ALOT OF AMENITIES! Only downside is 2 of the 3 rooms don’t have tv’s (I missed this on the listing so it’s my bad). We will definitely be back!

Wanted a place the family could travel to and spend the weekend with my daughter who lives in TX. She recommended we look in this area due to the good location on the lake and proximity to restaurants we could reach by boat or road. It was an easy drive to and from the Houston airport as well. What a view the home has with a great pool! The home was very clean and well appointed with kitchen cookware etc. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable. We had a bit of rain and it was okay because we had a nice great room area to hang out in.

This house was amazing for me and my family. It was well stocked and the backyard is second to none. I would love to stay here again in the near future! The host was responsive and helpful!

The house was incredible. There was a small hiccup with timing, but that was resolved very quickly. Would recommend this for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with all of the conveniences.

Wow!!!! What a beautiful place! Pics don't do it justice with how clean and updated the decor is inside and the outside is so much fun with hot tub, pool, putting green, and fishing. Teens caught tons of fish! Weather was great and was so nice to relax outside while watching March Madness. The neighbors were so nice! Owner Wayne is awesome and prompt with responses. Overall gotta love the southern hospitality! Highly recommend!

This is such a beautiful and fun place to stay. My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day, his Birthday and our first-year anniversary all in 5 days and this was the perfect place! This house is stocked with everything you need for a vacation plus some. Of course, we brought our own stuff needed for a five day stay but it was nice to know you were taken care of if you forgot or ran out of something. The kitchen is beautiful and so clean with every pot, pan, cutting board, glass etc. you need. I loved being able to cook in the kitchen and look out onto the lake every morning and evening. The outside areas on the top deck and below are amazing as well. The weather was a little cold and windy during our stay but sitting in the hot tub looking out onto the lake every evening was so relaxing and beautiful. If you’re looking for a place on Lake Conroe with a pool and hot tub I would definitely stay here. The putting green was also a lot! I give it five stars!

THE BEST MOM TRIP EVER! 6 moms needing a last minute get away to spend quality time together! From the moment we booked the owner was super responsive, helpful, and truly wanted to make sure out time was the best. As we arrived, the home was SUPER CLEAN, SUPER COMFORTABLE, and A really nice HOME AWAY FROM HOME. We spent Two nights here and had NO COMPLAINTS! The lake is beautiful, the house is well taken care of, the owner is outstanding with answering questions and even helped us with a few things during our trip, community was quiet, and truly it was THE ABSOLUTE BEST quick get away! We all will book again together, and some of us separate and take our kiddos. Thank you truly for the best get away yet! You are missing out if you dont book this location, home, and community! THE BEST YET!

This property exceeded my high expectations. The property was immaculate and well appointed. We are a family of 5 adults and usually have a hard time finding something we are all comfortable in, but there was plenty of space for all of us here. It had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and putting green were our favorite activities! The location was great, within 10 minutes of shopping and restaurants. The owner was responsive and amazing to work with from start to finish. 10/10...would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking about booking here, you will not be disappointed!

Check in was smooth and loved that there was a gift basket waiting for us. We had a great time. Security at the entrance to the neighborhood was very strict and made us roll down the back windows to prove who was in the car but other than that we had a great time

We live nearby and wanted a staycation that would allow all of our adult kids and parents (who live nearby) the chance to come and enjoy as they could. Could not have asked for a better home away from home. Gorgeous home. Fully stocked. Not missing a thing! Pool and hot tub were amazing and huge hits. The putt putt golf is a little challenging even for the “pro” golfers. Fishing right off the dock was enjoyed by all. There was something for everyone of all ages to enjoy! Wayne was easily accessible and made the whole time just an incredible memory for our whole family. Everyone is asking when we will go back! Thanks so much for sharing your gorgeous home. Just returned after spending five days at this beautiful property. The home was immaculate and a perfect getaway! We enjoyed soaking in the pool and hot tub, knocking golf balls around on the green and my boys loved the night fishing! The home is stocked with any kitchen utensil, appliance or container you need. And the view is amazing…I loved drinking my coffee while sitting next to the huge picture window over looking the lake. Such a peaceful way to wake up in the morning! Wayne was a most gracious host! I highly recommend this property for your lake vacation. Thank you, Wayne, for sharing your little slice of heaven with us!

This place was amazing - beautifully remodeled, gorgeous location, well stocked with just about everything you could need. We had 5 adults, 1 toddler, & 2 teenagers & stayed for 5 nights All enjoyed the pool, hot tub, golf & the lake We brought kayaks & rented jet skis Grandkids had so much fun fishing It was my 2 year old grandsons first fishing experience & he caught 5 fish We even saw several deer which grandkids loved Wayne (owner) was so friendly, attentive, & responsive to me anytime I reached out The neighbor we met on lake/land were all so nice Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. Everyone already asking why we couldn’t stay longer & when can we go back. I’ve also already shared property information with several friends looking to get away

Glenn was very attentive whenever we needed anything. The house was well stocked. The only thing I would say is that the family room needs shades. The sun is pretty intense.
