Our family had a great time at your beautiful beach house! It was clean and had everything we needed ~ kitchen items, beach chairs, etc! It's a short walk to the beach which was nice too! We also enjoyed sitting on the balconies and seeing the water! We're looking forward to coming back with our family!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach home! It was incredibly comfortable and had everything our family needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the ocean anytime we wanted. It was also a quick drive to Fort Fisher and Kure Pier, which were great spots to explore.The views from the house were absolutely beautiful and made the stay even more special. It was the perfect setting for making lasting memories with our family.Communication and check-in were excellent. Someone was always available if we needed anything and very easy to reach. We would definitely stay here again!

We come to Carolina Beach/Kure beach every summer but this was the first time we chose a property that wasn’t beach front. This condo was as good as staying right on the beach, in my opinion. It was directly across from beach access (to an area of the beach that was not crowded) and there is a decent view of the water from the balcony (which didn’t get direct sunlight like it does right on the beach so we could actually use the space and not melt). The property is located farther down Fort Fisher Blvd so the street was much quieter than properties closer to pier (about a mile from the pier). The house is updated and super clean. I highly recommend this place. It’s too big for our family of six but would stay here again if coming to beach with friends, like we did this year (we had eleven people, four adults and seven kids). It would most comfortably fit nine people if you don’t want anyone sleeping on the couch (pull out). Communication with owners was clear, easy, and timely. FYI: We didn’t use the elevator other than getting bags in and out. It’s a nice feature if you have elderly or handicap individuals in your party but note that the beach access across the street is not handicap accessible.

Property was exactly as advertised, great beach access and confidently located to the Fort Fisher attractions.

Stayed for 4 nights with a group of friends and family. House was awesome. Open lay out made hanging out with everyone easy. The property overall was nice, clean, and convenient to the beach. Made for a comfortable stay for all. Check in and out was a breeze and hosts were easy to work with. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a bigger house in the area!

Our trip was perfect, great views. House was perfect and beautiful, we would stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is to get a baby gate for the top floor stairs. We had to purchase one for it.

Great location and very convenient access to the beach ! Nice quiet setting and wonderful views to the south. My entire family really enjoyed staying at Heart Tones and will definitely be returning in the future ! Loved the garage area with being able to store our fishing gear and enjoying some ping pong competitions as well !

The proximity to the beach was perfect, the premises were clean and fresh and all communication was thorough, concise and understandable. We felt safe, comfortable and had such a wonderful time. The surrounding area is fun and cute with the friendly and pleasant locals. The home is spacious and bright and the perfect spot for a wonderful beach retreat. The unit was as advertised, the view to the water was by even though we were one row of houses back from the beach. Access to the beach was easy using the boardwalk across the street from the unit. Elevator was a great addition to get groceries and family up to the 3rd floor. Rooms were well appointed and the unit was very clean . Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Perfect location at Kure Beach. Response from management was prompt throughout the process of booking and during our stay. Helpful reminders around the unit as well and great information about the area. We would definitely stay here again!

The access to the Beach was great! Enjoyed our stay planning on coming back next summer.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house was very clean and well cared for. Staying in a new house is always so nice. The biggest perk of our stay was the access to the beach. The crosswalk and beach access were immediately across the street so we were able to easily go back and forth at ease - which is a huge selling point when you have little kids with lots of stuff! The property managers were super friendly and very communicative throughout our stay and were available for anything we may have needed (but we didn't need anything). We will absolutely stay here again!

Second year in a row we've stayed in one of your properties. Great job of communicating before, during and at end of stay. Place was clean and organized. Everything worked out great. Highly recommend.

This was my family’s second year staying at the Heart Tones property and we were not disappointed. The ITrips team did an amazing job with preparing our “home away from home”. The staff responded with promptness for any message we sent. We appreciated that. Our boys loved the bunked beds and the patio for conversations w/o the parents. lol We plan to return next summer, Lord Willing. Great accommodations for a great family beach getaway.
