Great set up

Host was helpful. Quick reaponse to all questions. When you have a lot of people there are little things that everyone wanta to know....blender, check, nespresso, no, drip coffee machine w round filters, check. The hot tub was a huge hit. Very nice overall.

We rented this property for President’s Day weekend. The house was very clean and well maintained. With four adults and two teenagers, the amenities were our main reason for choosing this property and they did not disappoint. Exactly like the photos! We enjoyed everything in the game room and loved that the screened in porch made it possible to use the hot tub, even with over a foot of snow on the ground. We needed some help with rebooting the golf simulator. The host and the owner were responsive immediately and available to troubleshoot over the phone. Highly recommend staying here with family or friends!

The game room was great to have for kids and friends kept us entertained in the evenings. The theater was nice as well. The kitchen was a bit small for a home that can sleep 14 kitchen appliances and utensils needed to be replaced and updated security of sliding glass doors and windows lacked proper locks. Overall, it was a nice time.

Place was perfect. Two family stay, 7 total people. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for everyone and the game/movie room was awesome. Enough room where you didn't feel on top of each other.

The home was in great condition, all amenities were as described on the listing and we greatly enjoyed the large space and activities the basement area offered. The home was large enough for 4 adults and 4 kids to have space to spend time together but also separate if needed. The golf simulator was a huge hit! I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a home that can accommodate a group and have more than enough space and activities to keep everyone happy!

This house is loaded with activities, inside and out. The rooms were comfortable and amenities were great. Overall it was a really fun place to hang out and kept a large group busy for the weekend. Highly recommended!

Our trip was great. We were looking to take the kids somewhere to have some fun before school starts and this house was a big hit. On the way home we were talking about making this an annual trip and extended our stay. The house was exactly like the pictures. The hot tub was so relaxing especially at night. And lots of deer in the yard in the morning. So pretty to see while drinking coffee.

Everything was great! The game room was awesome!

Property was as advertised. Golf sim was a huge hit with the boys. All the games were great hot tub and theater were amazing.

This is by far the nicest Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. There was so much for us to do here! And the property manager was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Such a great house! 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, an incredible game room, theater area, bar and hot tub! Located right in the Poconos and easy drives to a ton of different activities. The cabin was clean, cozy, plenty of space and beautiful scenery of the woods outside! We had such a great week! Would definitely recommend!

Thank you for a wonderful week! There is so much to do in the home that we hardly had to leave. The theater was great with the luxury seating, and everyone enjoyed pool, air hockey, and the hot tub. Highly recommend this lovely home for your Poconos getaway!

We had a great time for a bachelor party. The house had plenty of games/activities to keep up busy. It was conveniently located to both paintball and white water rafting.

Wonderful communication with host. Home was so clean and exactly what listing said. Great place for entertaining family and friends with all the amenities.

House was spacious and well laid out as described. We are just a family of 4 but are hoping to return with a larger group as there was so much to do in the basement to keep the kids occupied. Was only 10-15 min from Jim Thorpe town center.

House is just as advertised. House is spacious and fully stocked, close to town, set in the woods, and lots of fun things to do in the house. Used the hot tub, golf simulator, pool table, theater, and other items in the basement area. All worked great and there were easy instructions for everything. Owner made everything simple. We went to Jim Thorpe, the coal mine, the jail, the Bright Path Brewery, and Kalahari indoor waterpark. Enjoyed everything. If we come back to Jim Thorpe area, we would definitely stay at this house again!

House is great. Lots of room and great amenities. It was our second stay here. This time weather was extremely cold and even our 4wd trucks couldn't navigate the driveway. A few of us took pretty serious falls in the driveway as well. Communication with agent was good but unfortunately I think it's our last stay here bc of navigating the steep driveway. We couldn't leave one day to go skiing bc of the conditions.

Perfect house for pur family. Very clean. Hot tub was excellent outside under porch. Had lights also, very cozy. Gameroom was awesome!

Lovely property. Clean and well stocked. We had a few minor issues. Host very responsive with assisting in resolving the issues. The game room and movie theater were fantastic. Excellent vacation.

The house is very spacious, well stocked with everything you need, and well kept! The game room kept us entertained and the wonderful nature in the back of the property is quite peaceful. The location was great because you get the in the woods feeling you want from the Poconos but are only minutes from town!

Everything was perfect. Only issues were no soaps in shower and the 5 pool ball was missing. Everything worked perfectly and it was a beautiful home.

We had a wonderful time! There was a lot of wildlife on the property and in the neighborhood. Plenty of room for our entire family everyone had a lot of fun. They really enjoyed the game room. Our only disappointment was there was no dvd player and we don’t have a streaming service which you need in order to use the theatre.

This home was the perfect place for a week getaway in the Poconos. It has every amenity you could want. The hot tub was perfect and the game room did not disappoint. There are clear directions for everything in the home. It was super clean and comfortable. Just an excellent stay!!

Our family had a great stay. The house with its game room and theatre makes for full time entertainment. Very quiet with continued visits from the deer. Conveniently located to the activities we had planned. Would recommend this house to all families with kids. Will stay again if in the Jim Thorpe area.
