Stayed Dec 27, 2023Great communication with owner, great location, lots of pool toys for the kids, super clean home, kitchen was awesome, only disappointment was the pool deck, it was a little dirty and lots of spider webs. But I was able to hose away most of it. I recommend this home for any family !

Stayed Mar 10, 2022This house was much better than we even expected. All updated and clean furnishings, nice decorations within the house, great pool. This house made you feel as if you were the first to have rented this location. The owner definitely didn't hesitate to make this house as if it might have been your own. The property managers (Raymond and Brittany) were very attentive of our needs and responded to any minor issues that we had. And were easy to get in touch with regardless of the day or time. The house is located in a great neighborhood and near a small strip mall which had 3 restaurants and a Publix supermarket plus there is a bike/walking trail next to the complex which goes for a long distance.

Stayed Jan 30, 2022Wonderful caretakers and a beautiful home which was perfect for me and my parents. The layout was really nice including a front room that became a home office. The neighborhood was super friendly and a really nice place to walk, enjoy the pool and play tennis. I highly recommend this to a small family or couple that want to escape to sunny Naples.
