-A private upstairs family suite features a bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a separate kitchen, a dining area, and a living area with a 75” Roku TV.

First Floor:

Office, dining room, fully equipped chef equipped kitchen, open-concept great room with custom-built-in shelving and an 85” Roku Smart TV, primary king suite with ensuite bath, laundry area, half bath, and mud/sand room off the garage.



Second Floor:

Four king bedrooms, three full bathrooms (2 ensuite), larger loft living area with 75” Roku Smart TV, full-size washer/dryer, and self-contained family suite with full kitchen, dining room, and living area with another 75” Roku Smart TV.



Outdoor Living & Details:

Screened-in back patio, beautiful pool and spa, and a large pool deck. Pool/spa heat is available for an added daily fee.

Natural gas BBQ for grilling and entertaining.

Backyard with a natural vegetation buffer for privacy.

Garage game area for entertainment: pool table, ping pong table, and arcade games.

Large driveway with additional RV and boat parking (9’x50’). Electrical hookups with 30/50 Amp service.

Minutes to fishing and boating at Thomas Pilcher Park (four boat launches, fishing, swimming, public restrooms, and plenty of parking). Incredible sunset views!

Next door to the complimentary Seaside Shuttle, which has direct access to the Seaside town center. Check for details, but it usually runs daily from 6 a.m. to midnight.

Approximately a 10-minute drive to Grayton Beach parking and shuttle directly to Grayton Beach.

25+ age minimum for primary guest. We do not rent to groups of college students or minors, ID will be verified.

$1,500 of no-fault accidental damage protection included.

Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, and cooler) is provided.

No pets allowed.

No smoking inside the home.

No parties or events.

The home may have inside noise/smoke sensors and/or outside cameras.
