Great location - kids loved jumping in off the dock! Property as described, lovely spacious deck and patio. We spent the entire weekend outside! Enjoyed the numerous kayaks and couple of bikes to check out the neighborhood. Very responsive host — would stay again!

Location is just past the kayak rentals and upper deck. It was quiet and saw LOTS of manatees, dolphins & even otters! The home is very spacious and fit our group of 8 no problem. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The only issue was we did not find the home was well stocked with items. soap, paper towels, cooking utensils. Much of downstairs kitchen did not seem operable. Other than that we

We had an amazing stay at this riverfront home! The location was perfect—right on the water with plenty of kayaks available, which made it so easy to get out and enjoy the river. The house itself was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit our group, and it was fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Daryl was an excellent host—very responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. You can tell a lot of care goes into making sure guests have a great experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and comfortable getaway!

The house was simply amazing. Rooms were very spacious. Beds were super comfortable. Access to the river was very convenient. We had plenty of kayaks for everyone. Not to mention, the views were incredible. This house is perfect for families and friends for a short getaway or a week long stay. We'll definitely be back. Love it!

2nd time staying at this fantastic home - excellent experience - great location - easy kayaking, easy access to the bay to scallop, manatees/dolphins swim by frequently. Our family and friends enjoyed all of it!

Wonderful! We saw lots of manatees and loved using the kayals. I especially loved mannatee watching from all the windows overlooking the river on all levels of the home! The kids caught fish and crabs. Love this place!
