Luxury Home 12 beds A3 connection 8 minutes to Cologne fair, city center, 200sqm

This was a great house to stay in for our family trip to Leverkusen. We were 6 adults and nine children, and the house had plenty of space for all of us. Aldi is close by for Brötchen every morning, and the kitchen was clean and spacious. The house is close to bus lines and the Manforter Bahnhof, so it was easy to travel back and forth to Köln or other places in Leverkusen. I would absolutely stay here again!

We were a family of 8 and found this home to perfect for our needs. Plenty of beds and 3 bathrooms made everyone happy. Also would like to comment on how clean home was.....it was spotless! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!!

House was just perfect and a nice walk away from the nearest town. Supermarket and garage nearby too. It had everything we needed. As a group of six people we all had our own room. It was just perfect. Ali was very accommodating and patient as we arrived later than check in time. We would highly recommend this house and will definitely return next year x

The house/ apartment was just what we were looking for! Two couples traveling together so we wanted two bathrooms! The place was very clean and spacious. Of course we had way too much room and too many beds! This house would be perfect for a large group traveling together. It is convenient to grocery shopping and getting on the autobahn and to the train. It is located in what appears to be a “working man’s” section of the area so there is a school as well as a daycare close by.

This apartment has more than enough space for a large group to feel comfortable. With 5 bedrooms our group of 11 people never felt like we needed more room. We didn't really need anything else either as stores and a train-station are in walking distance and it takes 10 minutes to get to the city center by train. The Wi-Fi was also great, even with a large amount of people using it at the same time. The owner was really helpful and welcoming, in case we needed something he would arrive in a matter of minutes. The only real issue we had was the fridge being quite small for this amount of people. We couldn't really fit in much more than cold drinks for everyone. We couldn't make use of the kitchen that much as there wasn't much room left for food. Our stay was awesome and in case we're going to Cologne at some point, we will definitely come again!

The apartment was bright and spacious with a little back garden. Parking was provided,free of charge.the apartment is attached to another house but we heard zero noise. The house is situated on a busy street next to a carpet shop and in front of a beautiful church. The bells ring a 8 am. We had a car and drove to meet family in Koln so I cannot speak to how long it would have taken to drive or take transportation but it took us 15 minutes driving time on the autobahn to the exit for Koln. The owner was very helpful. Our family of seven really appreciated our stay.

We were with 8 persons - so according to the number of beds there had be plenty of space. The table was only suitable for 6 persons. Kitchen was not very good equipped. Only 2 wine glasses and 1 champagne glass.... Plates and cutlery were plenty for 8. Bathrooms were well equipped and there was plenty of towels and hot water. In some bedrooms there were only floor lamps. Beds were very comfortable. The lady who greeted us was very friendly and provided us with a second key when we asked for it.

The house is amazing and there is more than enough space, the wifi is good, and the host was nice. Most of the lights didn't work which was a downside but overall a great place to stay in cologne ?

The house was absolutely a pleasure to stay in. Spacious, clean and modern. Will come again.
