We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. We were within walking distance to all the hot spots, but far enough from the loud nights. The area has convenient grocers to stop and pick up a few essentials and even a great little 24 hour eatery for the late night munchies. I would stay here again.

The location of this property is perfect! We did a walking tour and it went right by the front door of the property. The only complaint would be the amenities. There really wasn’t much for soap, utensils, etc. but overall, we were happy with the property.

Perfect place to stay for a visit to Nola. Walking distance to Bourbon street and all the excitement, yet far enough away you can get a good nights rest. The host was quick with responding. Definitely would stay here again!

Location is great in relationship to bourbon but to pay 200 for a cleaning fee and have used bar soap and shampoo in the shower, perfume bottles empty under bed and on the floor, white stuff all in the drawer by the bed, the blanket had dried white stuff on it too when we folded it back. Over all its a good place to stay but communication and cleaning could use some work.

The property and location was excellent very convenient from Bourbon St, French Quarter and parking lot for the stay which we prepaid. We definitely got the N O experience! Although the rating of communication with property manager is 2 stars it was on the VRBO app end since it would only connect at certain times and then took forever. However the only downside is we were looking forward to using the pool but it didn’t appear clean.

The property is as described with basic amenities, but the pool was great! It was a nice reprieve when we wanted to chill during the hot parts of the day. The host was easy to get a hold of when needed. The beds could be updated for better enjoyment of the stay. The area felt pretty safe and we had no issue walking to everywhere we wanted to go, so we did not have to worry about paying for parking with a car, or using rideshare services.

This place was good spot. Close to everything. Felt safe. Was able to walk to most of everything, if not a 10 minute Uber ride was all it took to go to the WWII museum, to the Garden district and to the airport. Like that we had a pool to use. There are few things that could of been better in the property the washer/ dryer we could not use because it was not connected and there was not shower curtain. Overall Kevin was a great host. Thank you for letting us use your space.

We had a wonderful time at this property. Owner was super helpful throughout, location was AMAZING, and we loved the pool. Everything was super clean and in good working order. We would 10/10 stay here again.

It's listed as a house, the entire building is a house but this is a small part of it. The only parking was a block or so away and is $30 during the week per day and $50 on the weekend per day. The pool is shared with the others that stay and all of this is OK just not what I expected when it was listed as a house. The main issue was the heat. There is 1 freestanding a/c unit to cool the entire unit. We had to stay in that back room because the kitchen and front room were so hot it was not enjoyable to be in there. I would sweat just sitting in there. That may not bother others and could be resolved with another a/c unit in the front but for me the temperature is a huge aspect to any location.. The owner was easy to work with, the place was clean, and in good location. Some of it may be on me as well I specifically looked for a house assuming I would get a private pool and parking with that. What really took from the stay was the heat inside the unit, I do understand these are older but I feel if there is no central heat/ac that should be noted in the listing. The shower was really nice, it has inline water heaters so there is no wait for hot water. Overall a good little place but I would be careful when it's very hot or unless they ad another ac unit.
