Luxury Hilltop Retreat: GameRoom/Volleyball/Putting Green/BasketBall Court&More!

The property was nice when we first arrived! However, there were also plenty of questionable situations that happened and doors and cages (yes cages) not listed in the photos/description of property! It felt as if someone was watching us from both inside the home and outside! It got to a point where we didn’t let the teens go out to the game room alone! There was also a complaint from a neighbor of a party being thrown on a Monday night … the owner called me early Tuesday morning to let me know he received the complaint at about 11pm! I let him know there was no party and at that time I was was cleaning the kitchen, washing bath towels plus pool towels and all the teens were in their rooms. When the teens all woke up we discussed the complaint and that’s when the boys told me someone was walking on the top of the game room roof and pounding on the side wall! I called the owner back to let him know but he did not answer! That evening my husband and I knew the teens were in the game room and since it was after 9pm (quiet hours) we walked backed there to see what we could hear, thinking maybe the TV was too loud (though that couldn’t have been mistaken for a party) but through the closed doors we couldn’t hear anything! My husband and I went in to remind the girls to not make noise on the way back in to the house and they quickly said “are you guys trying to scare us” and told us someone was banging on the side wall! So much more happened. Just be mindful if staying here!

Rooms were clean Mo our host responded quickly to any problems we had. Beautiful villa in a lovely location.

This stay was incredible. We had a wonderful time. The home was extremely well equipped and directions were very clear on how everything worked. When we arrived everything was very clean and ready for the week of fun! They truly thought of everything when creating such a fun family-centered vacation spot! The view of the reservoir and surrounding mountains was so pretty, the pool and mini golf and basketball court was a huge hit with the kids and we enjoyed meals on the patio every day. There was plenty of space and more than enough things for everyone to enjoy! We had a hard time convincing ourselves to leave the house to hit the beach! Will hopefully return someday. Amazing week at this beautiful property! Gorgeous views and every outdoor activity you could ever want!Great floor-plan with comfortable space for all of our family members. House was meticulously clean and well equipped with everything for our stay. Location of the home was super convenient to everything in the Escondido and San Diego area. The hosts were super organized and helpful from beginning to end. We would absolutely return to this fabulous home!!!

Our multi-generational family had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! Everything was spotless, organized and fully equipped! The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, basketball court, game room and all outdoor amenities were amazing! The host was welcoming and responsive. It was perfect for our extended family of 14. I would highly recommend!!

I can't say enough great things about Mo and this property. From the stunning one of kind views of Lake Hodges and the Mountains at Sunset to the property having every possible appliance and every perfect setup from the firepit to the pool and jacuzzi to the outdoor kitchen and other seating areas everything was so well thought out.Then there is the game room with all the throwback 80's games we grew up on like Golden Tee, Galaga, Miss PacMan etc.Mo was also incredibly responsive to any issue and he was a pleasure to deal with.The house was great as well clearly setup to accomodate a lot of people. Mo provided all the accessories too. Pickleballs and paddles for the pickleball court / basketball court and putting green etc.All the Kitchen accessories were amazing too, he has very imaginable device, I have never experience a better equpped house and I have stayed at so many.All the bathrooms were very nice as well with nice showers etc and so many tvs in the house.The house was so nice and private and serene with the amzzing views of Lake Hodges.

An amazing house!!!! We have had yearly family vacations for 12 years. This is the first time we all want to come back again. The house has everything for every age group. There was not one thing that was lacking. Sometimes hosts don’t leave enough garbage bags or towels or shampoo and conditioner or …. We had absolutely everything we wanted. The pool and hot tub were tons of fun. The kids enjoyed the arcade, chess, putting and corn hole. There was plenty of area to throw a football. The adults loved the view of the lake and sunsets. Everyone enjoyed the basketball court and pickle ball. the kitchen is well stocked with supplies, utensils, plates, etc. and labeled so you can find everything you need. The pool area has comfortable furniture and is a perfect setting for an afternoon. You can’t go wrong staying at this fabulous house.

We had a great time at this property. The house is spacious and has all the amenities we needed. There are a lot of towels even ones for the pool. The pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, pickle ball court, basketball court, game room, we tried them all. The house is cleaned well before we came in. The host is very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

We had our family reunion here with age range between 6 months and 70 years. It was a perfect place with lots of relaxing seating and hot tub for adults, game courts, arcade and pool for teenagers and play-n-packs, cribs and high chairs for our two youngest grandchildren. Since we were such a large group, the kitchen and two large tables were perfect for family meals. The location provided beautiful views from several areas. It was also fairly close to airport, SeaWorld, the zoo and beaches.I can't say enough good things about this property and would strongly recommend it to large family groups. Thank you so much.

We stayed here for our family reunion. We had 17 people and we all slept comfortably! It was a perfect location. This property had so many different options for fun that we rarely left! The pool, hot tub, lawn games, volleyball court, basketball court, pickleball, game room and the over all comfort and spaciousness of the home made it a perfect place for our family reunion!

Our time at this beautiful house was just what my family needed for a fun time together. Kids loved the heated pool, basketball court and game room. The house was beautifully equipped, clean and the hosts were great so work with. Would love to stay here again!!! Highly recommended.

Our family had a great stay. Clean and comfortable inside with lots of space but the outside is where we spent most of our time. Activities galore kept both adults and kids happy! We’d book again without thought.

This property was fantastic! It was well-maintained, beautifully set up, and offered a variety of entertainment options that kept our group engaged throughout our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, addressing any minor issues promptly and with a great attitude. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider returning, with one important caveat.The 10am checkout time was a significant drawback. While the property itself was wonderful, the early checkout put unnecessary pressure on our group, especially considering we were traveling with a baby. It's supposed to be a relaxing holiday, not a rushed morning trying to meet a strict deadline.Furthermore, most of our group had a long-haul, overnight flight that evening. Waking up early, spending the day exploring, and then enduring a 16 hour red-eye flight after a rushed checkout was far from ideal.We understand that hosts have schedules to maintain, but a little flexibility would have made a huge difference. Even a 15-30 minute extension, which is fairly standard in our experience, would have been appreciated. In fact, in over 10 years of staying in vacation rentals and hotels, this was the earliest checkout time we've ever encountered. Frankly, a later check-in time would be much preferred to such an early check-out.Overall, we highly recommend this property, but urge the host to reconsider the checkout policy to provide a more relaxed and enjoyable experience for future guests.

Perfect from start to finish. Host was easy to reach and followed through with anything needed, Property is easy to use ( great instructions) , fun, private, large grounds, great amenities and atmosphere. The kitchen is stocked with every appliance large and small.

Had the best time enjoying our family with the fabulous pool, corn hole, fire pit, pool table and full size basketball court with lowering hoops! Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable and communal areas spacious. Kitchen fully stocked with extra refrig!! There were two pack and plays as well. If youre looking for a place for fun for all ages without having to leave., this is it!

Great property for family. Many things to do for all ages. Nice improvements with the fake grass and hanging chairs. May want to consider new pool blow up toys though. Most in the pool box dont stay blown up. FYI a new chair in a box arrived while we were there. We brought it in and its by the front door.

The house was all that was advertised. So many amenities, everyone had a great time. Management was very responsive on any requests. We really enjoyed our stay!
