Stayed Dec 31, 2022We really enjoyed our stay in Indio for the month of January 2023. The house was very nice. Half of the garage was available to park our car. The back patio area is very nice with a great view of the pool/hot tub, golf course and the mountains in the distance. There are no houses directly behind the place, so it feels quite private. There are neighbors on each side, but we were never bothered. We did not pay to heat the pool, but we did make use of the big hot tub. The house was nicely laid out. All the appliances worked well. There was a good-sized smart TV in the living area. Cable was available but we also brought our own firestick to access our online subscriptions. This was a working vacation for my husband. The internet was good and adequate for our use. The master is at the back of the house overlooking the back yard. The king bed is comfortable. There is a large master bath attached to the bedroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are in the hallway that leads to the laundry room and garage. The second bathroom is in the hallway by the bedrooms. It has a walk-in shower. The washer and dryer were in a separate laundry room off the garage. During our visit we made use of the resort facilities. There were very nice pickleball/tennis courts, a heated community pool/hot tub, and a workout facility. There was access to the golf course also but we did not use that. The owner’s communication was prompt and complete.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022We are glad we found this place, it was a great alternative to staying in a hotel for a month. Quiet and relaxing after a long work day and being able to bbq and enjoy the view and tranquility. House was clean and well supplied with everyday essentials.

Stayed Jun 16, 2021Property was clean and well stocked .Property manager was easy to deal with. Pool was the big plus for us . We like the security gate entrance for safety . Very quiet neighborhood . Enjoyed are stay we wood definitely rent this lovely home again Thanks jeff and karin
