Luxury Gated Mission Bay Estate with Resort Style Pool!

We had a great time and the property was perfect, pool was awesome and beautiful views!

The house is very comfortable and easy for large groups. Beautiful views, lovely pool and well located in San Diego. The host was very receptive in all communication before and during our stay. We will be back.

An incredible place to stay in San Diego. It has a view that is amazing. Everything was clean and the facilities had everything you could need. It can handle a large number easily because it’s very spread out. Great location as well. The pool is a very nice feature. It would have been useful to know how the pool heating worked as it was a bit cold when we were there and never got instructions. Highly recommended!

Our host Ali was kind enough to let us check in early due to an event that we were attending. The home fit our family perfectly and it was very close to all the activities we were doing.

Great communcation and great location too!! Pool was nice and hot for us and the jacuzzi felt good.

Host was accommodating and the amenities were good. Kitchen had mostly everything we needed. There were a lot areas of the home that were neglected, needing work and were even unsafe. There was a large mirror in the master bedroom that was just leaning against the wall. If a kid/toddler were to touch it wrong it could fall on them and literally kill them. It is not a luxury listing. It was not recently remodeled, far from it. The pool is old and the patio furniture is aged.It does have lots of space and the views are good. But I think the listing is very deceiving.

We had a great stay here for our company Board retreat. Conveniently located, very nice neighborhood, plenty of room for ten people.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay. The place was sparkling clean, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described, maybe even better in person. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was prompt and friendly. The thoughtful touches (cozy bedding, well-stocked kitchen, extra towels) made it feel like a true home away from home. Overall, it was a wonderful experience; we would happily stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at Ali's home. It is perfectly located for any and all adventures in the San Diego area. The pool was fantastic after a day of waves or seeing the sights. The breeze on the deck made for perfect dining and fireworks viewing. We did not feel crowded and enjoyed having many ares in which to spread out.The kitchen was fully stocked. In fact I don't think I have ever encountered so many pans outside of Williams-Sonoma!Ali was a wonderful host and totally accessible to us. It was a pleasure working with him.

The home was very nice, well placed and all the amenities needed were there. The home and furniture is a bit older than the pictures. The pool and spa had an odeur to it. The owner was very responsive when we needed something.

Lovely home, spacious, clean, plenty of bedrooms and communal spaces. Excellent pool and spa area. Great location easy to get anywhere in the city. Can see seaworld fireworks from the deck.

We had everything we needed for a group of 14 people. Kids loved the pool. The view was amazing and we enjoyed our stay here.

the house was nice and accommodating for 9 of us. the pool was perfect and each bedroom provided comfortable beds. there was plenty of room for all of us.the only issue came with the wifi (not working) and the outlets throughout the house were not functional. the plug fell out of the outlets and we had to use the kitchen or one bathroom with gfi. a little frustrating but we managed.overall the house served our purpose and we had a great time.

We had a group of 13 and there was plenty of room for everyone, beds were very comfortable. The house has an amazing pool and hot tub area as well as a nice patio in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. We loved walking down to Bay Park coffee every day for a fresh cup of delicious coffee. Ali was very responsive to any questions we had. We made great memories on our trip and would gladly stay again!

Check in went very smooth. Communication with property manager was very good. Pictures on VRBO are a bit deceptive. They appear to have been taken years ago. The property as a whole is run down and really needs some serious TLC.

Stayed here with 2 grandparents, 4 adults, and 4 kids 6 and under.Pros:- Great location, close enough to the beach and seaworld- Gorgeous view- Very comfortable beds- Plenty of space for 10 people- Pool and hot tub was nice (we did pay to heat it)- Full size crib provided as well as a high chairCons:- Furnishings are very grand/not child friendly- Some exposed wires - HVAC system was a little confusing to use- TV was a little confusing to useOverall, if you need the space and don’t plan on spending much time at the house this would be a great option. We really enjoyed using the pool area and everyone slept great because the beds were incredibly comfortable.

We chose this property for the number of rooms/beds and bathrooms. It was great for our group of 9 people. Location was easy to access balboa park, Coronado island, La Jolla , and the San Diego waterfront. We had a few issues with the spa/pool but was able to have a pool technician address them. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Enjoyed the location, the size was great for our family. Few things looked a little out dated, but overall a good house. Price seemed a little high for the place. Communication was great.

There was plenty of space for all 12 of us to relax and hang out. Beautiful view!!! Pool and hot tub area were very nice. Plenty of dishes and more than sufficient WiFi for our family. Furniture and / or decor needs to be updated. Electrical outlets need to be assessed as there are several that do not work. TV instructions in the binder should be updated as well for each room. Overall, we had a great time! It was a nice rental.

We had a group of 11 of us stay here for an extended weekend and had a great experience. We loved the central location of the property with everywhere we wanted to go being within 15ish minutes in any direction. The layout of the property as well as pool set up allowed for plenty of room for all of us. The host was very responsive for any questions we had, and we would happily stay here again.

First the positivesThe location is great and the checkin process was very smooth. This is a true 5 bed with large bedrooms and a great number of bathrooms. Owner is responsive to issues and clearly has good procedures. The negativesThe house is tired, the photos must be from several years ago and there are a lot of scrapes on the walls and areas that are plain worn out. All of the crockery is from different sets and there were only 3 wine glasses, not what you would expect in a house like this. The pool are outside also was in need of a Pressure wash.Overall a d bag, a big, well proportioned house on a great area but the current condition of the house and its contents is very tired.

We really enjoyed the neighborhood and proximity to attractions. Ali was responsive for the small questions we had. House was well laid out with enough room for our group, though is in need of some TLC. Would stay again!
