Stayed Feb 1, 2025The property was very nice and the area was one of the best in Naples. Very friendly neighbours.Our only issue was the pool was broken and it took two weeks to fix. The owner tried to get neighbours to assist but eventually the pool needed a major part to get it working.The owner lived in Chicago which made communication difficult and there was not a local manager. Not having the pool available for two weeks was annoying .

Stayed Mar 4, 2022You must appreciate modern finishes and high-end appointments to enjoy this home. We loved everything that this homeowner did...from the Nespresso cappuccino maker to the gold trimmed plates to the super cool lighting fixtures. She was very responsive to our needs and made out stay pleasurabe.

Stayed Feb 1, 2022Our family enjoyed our annual month long stay in the beautifully updated home! The home is beautifully decorated with all the best upscale furnishings! Stocked with everything you need for entertaining, relaxing or playing at the beach and the owner is readily reachable, responds immediately to anything you need! The location has trails to walk/run right outside the door as well as tennis and pickle ball courts! Starbucks and Publix is two blocks away! The pool area is outstanding! You’ll want to book this home for your visit to beautiful Naples!

Stayed Jan 2, 2022The property was newly renovated and very nicely appointed, from the gold stainless flatware, Laguiole knives and gold rimmed espresso cups to the gorgeous bed linens. The decor was spare and beautiful, but at the expense of some basic essentials that we missed having such as dressers, desks, benches, hooks, etc...Nice location in lovely neighborhood.
