The Farmhouse is a charming and thoughtfully renovated four bedroom, three bathroom, open floor plan home nestled in the heart of the Elk mountains just 1.5 miles from downtown Carbondale. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and serene outdoor spaces, every detail has been curated with your comfort in mind.
Whether you`re here to explore the mountain towns, unwind in nature, or simply relax, our space is tailored to make your stay unforgettable.

PLEASE NOTEr>• Animals are not permitted at this home due to Owner`s severe allergies.
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKERS, THIS IS A DRUG FREE, PET FREE PROPERTY. The use of tobacco, cannabis or vapor devices is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• RECREATIONAL GEAR IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE HOME. A locked shed near the dumpster is provided for your use.
• MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS on the premises at any given time.
*** Disregarding these rules will result in a $500 fine and you may be asked to vacate the property without refund!


• In order to complete your reservation we will email you a document with House Rules that must be reviewed, signed and returned within days of booking.

THE HOUSE

This unique three level home features an open, spacious living area with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows providing an abundance of natural sunlight. It offers open space to gather and privacy with the four bedrooms.

It has a fully-equipped chef’s kitchen that is open to the dinning area and living allowing you to stay part of the group even when you`re cooking. The grand dinning table allows for the entire group to enjoy a meal all together.

The third floor is an open air bedroom features a king bed with plush linens. The set of stairs leads up to the bedroom where the room is open without a door, however, still allows privacy Three additional bedrooms are located downstairs on the lower level including the primary suite with a king bed, newly remodeled en suite bathroom, massive walk-in closet, and walk out patio. Two comfortable queen beds are found in the other private bedrooms along with a shared bathroom with a shower.

Guests are given an access code for keyless entry.

The owners occupy an adjacent space on the property, however, there are no shared areas. They are available to offer assistance if needed during your stay. For security purposes, the exterior of this home is under 24 hour surveillance.

NO OPEN FLAMES! We are in a fire wildfire rise area and do not allow any open flames on the property. You may use the propane grill on the patio and be mindful of the area and the risk.

This home is equipped with two portable AC units located on both floors to help keep the house cool during the summer months. The upstairs bedroom can get hot so if you like to sleep cool you can use the air conditioner or choose one of the downstairs bedrooms that stay nice and cool in the summer.

An outdoor shed is provided for all recreational gear. It is STRICTLY PROHIBITED to bring any kind of recreational equipment in the home including ski boots, skis, snowboards, poles, bikes, fishing gear, climbing gear etc. This causes damage to the floors and walls.

The yard is not fully fenced on this property, so please exercise caution and ensure that children are supervised at all times. USE EXTRA CAUTION WITH CHILDREN AROUND THE WELL AT THE HOME.
1) No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping devices, and any other smoking materials. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our property smoke-free!
2) No Ski Equipment/Outdoor Recreational Gear Inside: To maintain cleanliness and prevent damage to the house, please refrain from bringing ski equipment/ outdoor recreational gear inside. We have a locked storage unit with cameras outside where you can securely store all your outdoor recreational gear.
3) No Parties or Large Gatherings: We kindly ask that you respect our policy of no parties or large gatherings on the premises. This rule is in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests and our neighbors.
4) Security Cameras: For everyone`s safety and security, please be aware that we have security cameras installed outside the property. These cameras are solely for monitoring the exterior and do not intrude on your privacy indoors.
5) Owner On-Site: Please note that the property owner lives on-site. Should you have any questions, concerns, or require assistance during your stay, don`t hesitate to react out to them.
