Luxury Family Resort Home Near Beach~ Pool ~ Hot Tub ~ Sportcourt

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was every amenity anyone would need including pool, spa and sport court. Kitchen was fully accessorized and bathrooms stocked with towels. The host was very responsive answering all questions in a very timely manner.

Vacation was amazing! Tons of things to do around the house for the kids and adults. Puppy loved the backyard! Rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. Super short walk to the beach. We will definitely be back.

What an INCREDIBLE place! 17 min walk to the beach, 5 min drive to ALL the food, 30-40 min from the airport and San Diego Zoo! There was plenty of linen and towels, every small appliance anyone would need, plenty of place settings for large groups. It was the most beautiful place we've stayed in. We watched 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop deck, and my 8 month old grandbaby and parents were perfection settled in the little attached apartment! The management was so helpful and responded to questions literally in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Christmas with our family was once again amazing! We previously stayed at this remarkable home during our 2021 Christmas family get away and were extremely fortunate the home was available this year. No hesitation in booking! This home was super clean and tastefully decorated for Christmas that included a fabulous Christmas tree and multiple decorations throughout. This spacious home has remarkable features and ambiance – it was once again the perfect home for timeout with our family. Appealing features includes a large open gourmet family kitchen and eating area that was incredibly well equipped, large family room with fire place, TV, and piano. Luxuriously upgraded and well-appointed master bedroom and bathroom plus three additional upstairs bedrooms all with TV’s and private bathrooms. The open concept plan provides the best indoor/outdoor living – the beautifully landscaped private backyard was extremely relaxing – with gas fire place, barbecue area, pool, and large spa made our days and evenings complete. The owner contacted us prior to our scheduled visit! She made us feel 100% comfortable and was always available to answer any questions in a timely matter – Thank you Chelsie!

The location, layout, and all the wonderful amenities of this lovely house helped make our coast to coast 3 generation family reunion the great success that it was. Communications with Chelsie couldn’t have been easier, she was prompt and handled everything so well. It was well equipped with games and activities for children of all ages, too.

Lived in this area for 14 years prior to living across the country, so we return annually to see family & friends. Large spacious home for our family of 5 (tween & 2 teens) to spread out. Chelsie was amazing & responded immediately to answer minor questions which made a HUGE difference in our stay. To say this place is fully stocked is an understatement. It had just about everything from highlighters & scissors to phone chargers to coloring books, games, lots of plastic ware, Pyrex, melamine & porcelain plates.. We’ve stayed in many rental homes and this home had by far more items in the kitchen & throughout the house that made our stay easier. I think the only thing that might suggest packing (& who knows that might have had it but we didn’t find it) was a cooler for the beach (but there were several ice packs in the freezer). Checkout was super easy & straight forward. Not a ton of expectations for checkout, in comparison to other places we have stayed where the cleaning fee was comparable. Home inside & grounds outside well maintained. The backyard was an entertainer’s paradise & we enjoyed hosting many friends/family over for outdoor evenings. I enjoyed lying in the covered hammock swing some afternoons either dozing or reading a book. The pool is perfect for infants and toddlers as their is an area that is perfect for play (with supervision) but it’s only 6”-1’ deep. And the deepest part of the pool is 4’ which makes it much easier for smaller/height challenged children to play while still being able to touch the bottom. Hot tub heated up quickly with the use of the touchpad. When we return to this area, we would not hesitate to rent this property again. Thank you, Chelsie, for a great & relaxing week!

One of the best vacation properties we’ve stayed at. The house was huge, the kitchen had everything we could possibly need plus more, and the backyard was immense and filled with fun (pool, hot tub, putting green, large yard for games, grill, fireplace). The pictures don’t do it justice at all. You could easily spend your entire trip hanging out at the home, but it’s also so darn close to the beach, legoland, and lots of cute dining options. What a conundrum to be faced with. Never thought I’d complain about a property being too large, too thoughtful, and too perfectly located…but here we are. :) Chelsie was also super responsive, and not at all intrusive. I can’t say enough great things about this property. We hope to come back again soon.
