This luxurious home sleeps 8, with 4 generous size bedrooms including walk-in robes or closets, a solar-heated outdoor swimming pool, 2 bathrooms with large showers and one large bath, full laundry featuring Miele appliances, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and smart TV with Netflix, Stan, Disney and Prime video in two separate lounge rooms. This home willbecome your oasis to relax, unwind and enjoy.

This house is cosy and warm in the winter, with thermostat-controlled hydronic heating throughout and a built-in gas log fireplace in the downstairs loungeroom. This house is naturally very cool in summer, with concrete floors downstairs and air conditioning in the upstairs lounge room with ceiling fans in each bedroom.

It's a short 10-minute flat walk to the main street, where you'll find all the conveniences you need with an array of boutique shops, restaurants, parks and cafes and a 2-minute drive to the beach, with many beaches and river options to explore. Adventure Park and a plethora of incredible Bellarine Peninsula wineries are all within 10 a minute's drive.

Built-in BBQ area with outdoor fridge overlooking the swimming pool. The pool features multi-coloured lights at night, which creates a fun family atmosphere. The grassed backyard is secure for the kids to play safely.

This house is not suitable for schoolies.
No Pets, and no smoking.
Guest will have access to the entire property except for the garage and a locked office, which houses personal belongings.
Parking space for four cars & additional parking on the nature strip.
Linen/towels provided (except beach towels- BYO).
Unlimited Wi-Fi.
We require the full name and driver's licence details of each adult staying in the house.
