Stayed Aug 28, 2025Our family stayed here for the weekend, overall was ok. Location is good close to everything. Cleanliness needs to improve as the floors seemed like was not moped at all. We enjoyed the bathrooms they were newer and have nice showers. They have provided 2 phone numbers to contact and stated that if needed urgent matter use the two numbers provided both numbers were contacted but didn’t get any response at all. On our second night, We had an issue with the door lock the battery died and we couldn’t lock and open the door from outside, luckily we had a family member that stayed inside the house and unlocked the door for us.

Stayed Feb 21, 2025First my rating is a 2 only because the house is nice and very clean A on that only, but thats it. Host is rude and disrespectful. I went to celebrate my birthday with friends and upon arrival the house was freezing. I sent a message then called. They sent some one out not to fix the heat but the power was also out in the front room because heaters were running when we got in wer running and the breaker blew. When i called the host how cold it was ahe stol me its heaters. Yes it was but a bedroom size heater to hea the downstairs. I sat in that house for 5 hours with my hat coat glo e a coat on. It was 30 degrees. What i got from the host was a hang up yes she hung ul on in me while i was explaining that a bedroom heaters cannot heat a living room and you can onlyvplug up one. She let us freeze. I tried to other accommodation but everything was booked. She didn't answer any if my calls after the first my calls after the first one when she hung up on my, nor did she offer me any of my money ba k or even a late check oy nothing. I called VRBO and they and filed a complaint. Did i mentioned the day i checked in was my actual birthday and my dinner reservations had to be canceled because i thought someone would fixed the heater. The host knows the heater is broke and she is renting this home a freezing temperature. I now have a cold and we had the oven on all weekend as that was the only way to warm up the living room area. Stayed Sep 6, 2024We had a nice stay in our luxury getaway! Big rooms and clean. Definitely in the center of the city close to everything! Would definitely recommend and stay with this group again.
