The house has recently been updated and has a heated pool and a hot tub.
The minimum stay is 7 nights.
There is an application fee of $100 charged by the association if the application is received more than 20 days prior to the occupancy.
If it's less than 20 days prior, then it's $100 extra
Less than 7 days - $200 extra
Same-day service is $300 extra.
