Luxury Family Beach House - Heated Pool - Steps from the Shore

This place was perfect for our family vacation! Walking to the beach was an absolute highlight, and we used the beach cart, 2 chairs, and towels the house generously provided. We had enough of everything to cook - and really appreciated the stash of spices and coffee filters. The neighborhood pool was heated during our week and that was awesome for the kids. We would absolutely stay here again. Communication was easy with the host!

This was a great house for a family vacation for six adults and a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old. It was more than big enough and was very well maintained and clean. It is very close to the beautiful pool and about a 10 minute walk from the beach. The owner is very kind and always responded quickly to messages.

Great place to stay on vacation! Awesome pool, clean neighborhood and an easy walk or catch the free shuttle to the beach! The house was perfect for a large family!

The home was nice the beds were comfortable. For the money I would not stay here again and here is why. There was very limited toilet paper. No paper towels no Kleenex no extra trash bags we purchased our own. I would expect a place like this to at least offer the essentials. There wasn’t even enough towels for the number of guests. The website says it can accommodate 12 people but there were only eight towels. Just disappointing. But again I was please that I did not see any bugs.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was very clean and accommodating. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The location was perfect being close to the beach and pool being less than a 5 minute walk from the unit. Shuttle service to the beach was very convenient and pick up was right in front of the house. Owner was responsive to any questions we had before arriving and during our stay. We definitely recommend this property.

We enjoyed a family getaway at this comfortable and spacious property. It’s very conveniently located three blocks from the beach, an easy walk for our family. Plenty of room, everybody had the space they needed. Property manager was very helpful and responded to any questions right away! We loved our stay!

The property was very clean and organized. It is right across the parking area which made it extremely convenient when we needed extra space for parking. We had 4 vehicles and only 2 could fit into the parking space at the beach house. The walk to the pool took maybe 2 minutes from the house and the beach was only about 5 to 7 minute walk. The house is like a 5 minute drive from Henderson Beach State Park too. I love how this house is so close to everything! It only took a few minutes to get to numerous restaurants, ice cream shops, arcades, and shopping centers. We used very little gas while there because everything is so close. We loved our time here and we highly recommend anyone to book this house for your future Destin trip!

Great property and neighborhood, large lagoon pool, short walk to beach. No where to park if you drive to beach. We did just drive down slightly to the Crab Trap and there was good parking and a large area of public beach.public beach

We absolutely loved this property, plenty of space for all nine of us, everyone had a bed easy access to pool and ocean. All communication and questions were timely and the check out process was so easy.

We had a fabulous time! The house was beautiful, and wonderfully kept! There was plenty of space for all of us. The neighborhood was nice and we enjoyed the scenic walk to the beach. We celebrated our son’s 1st birthday and we had a great time and wonderful memories were made! We will definitely be back to visit and stay in this beautiful area!!!

We loved this property! Location was great! The pool, the trolley to the beach, etc. The bedrooms upstairs need ceiling fans and more bathroom linens. We had a fabulous time!!
