Luxury Estate Casa Blanca - Direct Ocean/Beachfront front Access & HEATED Pool

The house Casa Blanca was beautiful. It was very well appointed with everything you would need for a beach vacation. Its location on the beach was perfect! We also loved the warm pool!Tom, one of the hosts was very helpful when one of our sons arrived feeling ill. He called a doctor friend and helped insure our son was ok which he was. Thanks very much for our excellent stay at this gorgeous location!

Overall experience was wonderful. The house was very nice, perfect views and great location. The house itself was only overshadowed by the service which is the best I’ve ever encountered. Tom called several days before and the day of our arrival to be sure that all needs were met. He checked in and even went out of his way to return an item that was left behind. Hands down the best experience we’ve had. Highly recommend.

This has to be one of the best properties on Wrightsville Beachfront. We most enjoyed the amazing views, the swimming pool and short walk down the private path to the beach. The beach area directly behind Casa Blanca was much less populated than anywhere else up and down Wrightsville Beach. So nice! The house was outfitted with everything we needed. And Tom was great, helping us get acquainted with the house, and setting up a beach day our first full day there. We’ll be back!

Beautiful house, best location in Wrightsville Beach. We have stayed before in this house several years ago and it was just as amazing. Highly recommend this property.

Every year we pick a house to stay at on Wrightsville Beach. Typically we do this to have a different experience or to explore a new part of the area. However, I think our exploratory VRBO searches on Wrightsville Beach have come to an end. Hello CASA BLANCA!!! This house has it all! Absolutely a hidden gem that provided us everything we could possibly need!! Kitchen was fully stocked, Grill had working propane, WHOLE HOUSE WATER FILTRATION, endless hot water, HEATED POOL, beach toys and chairs for all, 10 bikes to choose from, sheets and pillows felt like you were at a JW Marriott, the list goes on! Casa Blanca didn't only provide the stuff it provided the magic!!!! By far one of the most fun filled vacations we've had on Wrightsville!! The beaches weren't crowded, we fished at the inlet, water was crystal clear!!! If you are debating between Casa Blanca and any other house on Wrightsville - PICK CASA BLANCA. You will not be disappointed!! Huge shout out to Tom for his communication and his endless work to make our stay perfect! Our name was on a sign in the kitchen, the beds were all fresh out of the laundry, and Tom also helped us to maintain the pool temp at a comfortable temp!! He's the man! Cherry on top - he shipped a toy back to us that our daughter left behind. Who does that? Stop looking for anything else, you will hit the Jack Pot with Casa Blanca!!!

We absolutely loved this home! The views are dreamy, and the whole home feels so special. The second floor (where the kitchen, family room, and primary suite are) really maximize the ocean views. It was truly the perfect stay in the perfect home. We also loved the pool, the quick walk to the beach, and how quiet and serene the location is. Communication was a fantastic and easy. Couldn't say enough great things about this place and the people who are managing it. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend away and it was amazing. Tom got the house ready for our arrival and had music playing on the house speakers when we got there. We loved that the speaker system is in each room plus outside so we got to listen to music everywhere. The views are unbeatable. We used the heated pool several times and it was great in the chilly weather. We got every meal delivered through DoorDash and had access to so many restaurant options. Highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful house that is perfect for family gatherings. Lovely stretch of beach and charming pool area perfect for relaxing. House feels like it’s been loved and lived in by real people (not a glorified hotel). We loved it and would definitely come back!

5 Stars for Everything.

We love Wrightsville Beach; this was our 5th consecutive year of vacationing as a family there. Casa Blanca was our favorite home. We have rented it so far, and we love the north end of the island.

My family of eleven, ranging in age from 6 to 76, took over Casa Blanca for the week of the Fourth of July, and once the fun started, it never stopped. This is a beautiful, well-equipped home loaded with all the amenities you want and need at the beach. It sits on a lovely stretch of Wrightsville Beach called Shell Island and it's once of the least crowded areas in Wrightsville. Add the beautiful beach to a private swimming pool and everyone, from kids to adults, was happy. The house is quite large and with three king size bedrooms, all the men in our family were able to spread out and really get some much-needed rest. The children loved the bunk room (I even slept out there a couple nights) and the beds there were quite comfortable as well. The kitchen was well-equipped and both sons-in-law took turns cooking some gourmet meals. We enjoyed dining both on the porch with a gorgeous view as well as at the large dining table flanked by windows. The only negative about this house was the ice maker which could not keep up with demand but the homeowner knows about this and the property manager stocked us with bag ice before we checked in. Everything about Casa Blanca is a ten out of ten! We cannot wait to return next summer! Oh, did I mention there are two sets of washer/dryers? Luxury galore!

Absolutely outstanding beach house and experience. Everything was perfect from start to finish. An amazing amount of beach equipment, bikes, and water toys. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped and supplied. Tom was very available and helpful as the property handyman. Concur with the 10/10 rating given by others.

Gorgeous views! Excellent assortment of beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas etc… and Tom will set it all up for you! Pool is a huge bonus! Top notch comfort and exceptionally clean on our arrival. Plenty of space to spread out or come together for more intimate gatherings. Loved every moment of our stay!
