Luxury desert condo with hot tub and mountain views - near town

The neighborhood was nice and mostly quiet. The property itself showed normal wear and tear. Our biggest issue was mice. While sitting in the living room, we saw them running across the room and they managed to get into our snack bag that was on the kitchen counter. I was not prepared to be picking up after rodents while on vacation in what was described as a luxury condo with limited cleaning supplies so we bought our own. I should have taken the previous reviews regarding this more seriously. The extra parking for our truck and trailer was convenient. I hope the mice problem is resolved as it the only thing that would keep me from booking here.

The fridge was dirty, and coffee was left in the coffee kettle. The backyard was also unclean. The standard bathroom tub had insects, and we even found a cockroach. Additionally, there were rodents present.The property is full of rodents and they hosted us with a dead one under the sofa. We continue to complain about the smell, and a local person named Tim identified the dead one and cleared it. Also, rodents eat our snacks when we are out for visits/ Night. And we keep seeing them almost every day, and my kids are scared of them. I need to vacate the place a day before my actual check out date. I booked another hotel and moved out of the place. The bigger issue is that the host is aware of them, and Vacasa is also aware of them, but they have not disclosed the rodents in any of the ads they have on Verbo or Vacasa. We observed that traps were there everywhere. The fun part is that they have not even cleared a trap with a dead rodent. We are hosted in that house with a dead rodent for a day

Despite our continuous complaints about the smell, it was only after a local person named Tim identified and removed the dead rodent that the issue was addressed. Additionally, rodents would eat our snacks whenever we were out, and we saw them almost daily, which frightened my children. Due to these conditions, I decided to vacate the property a day before my scheduled check-out and booked another hotel. The more concerning issue is that both the host and Vacasa were aware of the rodent problem but failed to disclose it in any of their listings on Verbo or Vacasa. We noticed traps set up all over the property, and shockingly, they hadn't even cleared a trap with a dead rodent. We were essentially hosted in a house with a dead rodent for a day

Wow - what a great place to stay in Moab! The house was beautiful inside and out. The view was breathtaking but the absolute best was star gazing while soaking in the hot tub. We will definitely return to this property, loved it!

The location was great. Property is as-descrived and the Communication was excellent. The cons were trash left behind by previous guests and visible sign of mouse infestation, including traps in every room and droppings in numerous places.

This was a great place for our family. Close to Canyonlands & Arches National Parks. Stop at the Food Truck Park for a great meal. The door lock was challenging due to a 10 digit ode that needed to be entered very quickly. Never worked for us. Fortunately the online rep was able to give us the key code for the optional physical key. Other than the lock challenge, the place was perfect.

Pretty close to Moab, we had six adults stay, plenty of room, it was nice!

The home was absolutely beautiful inside and out situated right next to a stunning ridgeline. Well appointed and equipped, exceeding expectations. The home was just 15 minutes from downtown Moab, and while it's just off the highway is was very quiet. Excellent communication from pre to post-trip. Had one minor mechanical issue and the management company had someone address it within hours. Highly recommend rental.

One sentence: My wife loved this place, and she does not like most vacation rentals. Details: - Beds are very comfortable - Kitchen was REALLY well appointed for a rental - Large 2 car garage - You don't need to bring much: They included dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and makeup removal wipes; which were a nice touch - Tons of room in the living area - Rooms are all large - Nice back patio w/grill - Extra blankets, towels and towels for the hot tub are provided - ~12 minutes into downtown Moab (we did not mind that at all) - Seeing the canyon rim every day is pretty awesome - Great spot for stargazing

Two families of 4 and it was perfection. Close enough to everything but far enough away to feel some space. Would recommend to all!

After a long day at the parks it was great to come home to a comfortable, spacious home. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs. The bedrooms & bathrooms were clean and cozy. I would stay there over a tiny hotel room anytime. The management company was easy to get through to and addressed all concerns & questions effectively.

The view was amazing from the back porch! We loved using the hot tub and seeing the stars! It was close to everywhere we needed to be and was beautifully cleaned. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you!

The property was exactly as described. Clean, cool, and quiet. Perfect for visiting the area. Beds were comfortable, plenty of hot water, kitchen perfect. Thank you for helping make a super weekend for our family.

The house was well laid-out. Lots of space for everyone. Beds were comfortable. Hot tub was nice (once we got the temp to go below scalding 109.) The address did not come up properly on either Apple Maps nor Google Maps so we couldn’t find it when we arrived. Vacasa isn’t easy to communicate with. There was no can opener in the house. And there was a known mice problem. They got up on the counter and ate some of our food.

This is a very clean place and only a few miles from everything in Moab! Having a bathroom for each bedroom made the stay even better!!

The Google map link was totally incorrect. And the directions could use some work. We wasted an hour and a half looking and waiting for proper directions. Beyond that.. the place was really nice, clean and quiet
