Luxury Custom Home on 1 acre, heated spa and pool, plus casita, no HOA, bring RV

Olga was a wonderful host, very attentive and great to work with. The home is beautiful and located in a quiet area away from town.

Our recent stay was wonderful. Our party of 9 consisted of 3 generations, including an infant and 3 other kids age 8 and younger. The home was beautiful in every way and accurately described in the listing. The master bedroom and bath were huge. In fact, the kids liked to take baths in the master bathtub because it was so large. The pool and hot tub were clearly the favorite amenity for everyone. There were plenty of pool toys and inflatables. And enough pool towels for everyone to have 2 or 3. We opted to heat the pool, which was a wise choice, although it was a bit expensive extra charge. (Our stay was the middle of May.) A ping pong table near the casita was also a hit. There were 2 refrigerators, one in the garage, which was perfect for all our beverages. We were pleasantly surprised to find a variety of condiments in the kitchen refrigerator and cabinets, presumably left by previous guests of stocked by the owner. Although the listing cited an outdoor playset, the system was rather old, dirty, and creaky and I would not recommend its use. The owners list of house rules did caution against its use. This was a disappointment, as we anticipated that such a playset would be perfect for our children. I thought the best aspect of our stay was the communication with the owner. Olga was great!! Every inquiry was responded to immediately or within 15 minutes. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Thank you!!!

It is such a beautiful house and we had a blast during our stay! I would recommend this rental to anyone.

The house was large with roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen for cooking and gathering around the island. We really enjoyed the patio & pool/spa and spent most of our time there. Lots of outdoor seating areas for lounging or eating. The kids enjoyed the basket ball hoop and the swing set . Many stores & restaurants within 10 mins away. Our family really enjoyed our stay at this house.

This home was fabulous. Just like the pictures. Fit our needs for a party of 12 for a family reunion. We had a few hiccups at the beginning, but Olga was very responsive and got it all squared away. I only had two issues that would have been nice to know up front. The waterfall is not activated during the winter months and we based our pick here because of the pictures. We did pay to heat the hot tub and the pool. Pool never seemed to get up to a good temperature. The other was that the pool gets checked twice a day for whatever reason. In my humble opinion, I'm paying to use the property and not have someone showing up twice a day. Kind of a privacy issue for me. Other than that, it was a great place, and we were all able to hang out and catch up after years of trying. Thank you, Olga,

Great place, great host

We were in town for a family reunion. It was nice to have the casita for my elderly Aunt. My grandkids loved the pool. Plenty of room for everyone.

We had a great stay and would book again. The house is as listed and the kitchen is stocked with lots of utensils and pots and pans. All the bathrooms had plenty of toiletries. The pool and hot tub were great and my kids spent most of their time in the pool during pool hours of 9am-10pm. Overall we had a great stay

I am glad we picked Olga's place. It is far enough outside of phoenix to avoid heavy traffic, but not so far remote that it takes forever to get anywhere. Cavecreek is a quick drive, as well as grocery stores, restaurants etc. The house itself is in a quiet area and has a lovely backyard. It worked out great for our stay. Many amenities included; not having to buy paper goods was nice. We paid for heated hottub/pool; enjoyable for our stay. The place overall is really beautiful. And comfy beds too!

We needed a place big enough for 10 adults, this house was perfect for our family. Our cousin lived around the corner which made it so convenient for us. The house is beautiful, with ample space for 10. Great open floor plan. The host was so easy to work with. We had a quick weekend, but we talked about going back and staying longer! I would definitely recommend this property. Very, very comfortable.
