This house was perfect for our Ireland trip to the Wild Atlantic Coast. Perfectly situated to go north and south to enjoy all the region has to offer. A post card view is around every bend in the road. The host and manager “Dave” was very accommodating throughout our trip and prior to our arrival. The house and kitchen were well equipped for all our needs with spacious rooms and plenty of bathrooms. A beautifully kept lawn and picturesque view was perfect for enjoying a morning coffee and biscuit in a grand dining hall. The WiFi was very reliable which was a requirement for our journey as there was still some work requirements to be had. Besides learning to drive on the left and some wee tiny roads “skyroad” lol, it was the trip of a lifetime. Many thanks to Gerard and Dave for making us feel welcome and providing an amazing retreat!

Property is spacious, clean and centrally located for trekking in the Twelve Pins/BensA couple of things that would make a real difference- a second toaster and kettle as the property accommodates 13.

The house was spacious with several bedrooms and baths. The communal areas were great, divided by doors that when closed kept sound from carrying. The kitchen was well equipped. We had an extended family from 70 years to 14 months old and it was perfect. The 14 month old starting walking while we were there! Great memories.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Moyard and Clifden. The house was extremely well taken care of and cozy. The grounds and views were gorgeous and the surrounding countryside filled with so many adventures! The only down side was having to leave! We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely recommend to anyone heading to Ireland. The hosts were exceptionally responsive and helpful and provided us with so many great suggestions for activities. Almost every bedroom had its own bathroom making the stay for our whole extended family easy and trouble free. We cannot recommend this place enough!

We booked the house mainly due to the location and the size of the gardens. We took our dogs with us and wanted to make sure the gardens were secure and there was enough space. We would not have been happier. The gardens are wonderful being set in around 1 acre and beautifully maintained. The house was huge for just two of us and we spent two wonderful weeks in this fabulous location visiting the superb beaches and our relatives. Gerard was really helpful and would highly recommend this house

Great location to be based out of for day trips north, east & south to view & see the Wild Atlantic Way Coast & Mountains to the east. Even got day trip down to Cliffs of Mohr & back. Great sunsets, restaurants nearby & shopping in Clifton.

We had a marvellous holiday with grandparents, adult children their partners and five children. The place is big enough for everyone to have their own space, with large communal areas and a well equipped kitchen. It feels like home as soon as you have unpacked. Connemara offers so much to do and is so beautiful. When it rains, which it does from time to time, you just stay at home, or carry on regardless. Highly recommended.
