Luxury Cardiff by-the-Sea Penthouse Walk to Park and Beach with Ocean View

As shown in the listing, this is a beautiful modern top-floor unit located in Cardiff-by-the-sea, within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the ocean. Beautiful view of sunsets from the balcony!

place was great, awesome location and manager/owner was fast to respond and offered info and trip advise beyond expectations.

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time. Pros: location (walked to beach, Zumbar coffee and Seaside Market daily). Wonderful view of the park and beach - so relaxing! Safe, quiet neighborhood. Great internet connection for work meetings. Neutral: Sleeps 6... but there is only enough silverware for 1 meal (for 6), and it's a bit mis-matched at that. This is really a bachelor pad. The dryer was broken (known to owner from PREVIOUS visitor) so we needed be around for the repair man to get that fixed since we were staying for 2 weeks -- it would have been nice if that was already fixed before we got there. The garbage disposal and sink drain weren't working, so the plumber came. The fridge filter was beeping constantly and needed to be changed. Both wine openers were broken (weird). After everything was fixed, things were smooth. The pictures online are SUPER glamorous. In real life it is a bit less glamorous, but fine. Summary: Overall a really nice stay, but not sure about the value, given all of the mishaps and how many times we had to run the dishwasher just because of lacking silverware! There was only 2 of us, but we cooked every meal. Julio was really helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to go, and got things fixed quickly overall.

Easy to check in and to notify the manager of issues with the dryer and the gate. Beautifully decorated and all the kitchen supplies that one could hope for! Great area, easy walk to park, shops and the beach

We had an amazing stay at this ocean view condo! The condo was furnished beautifully and had everything we could possibly have needed and more for our stay! Julio was a wonderful host providing us with clear instructions as well as always being available to help. He even gave us tips on places to and things and do! It was easy to walk to the beach as well as restaurants and markets! We cannot wait to return!

This condo could not have been more perfect! It is exactly as pictured and we loved every minute of our vacation. Julio is the kindest host and I appreciated all his attention to detail. We will absolutely be back!

Everything as advertised and more. Exceptionally clean and outfitted with all the essentials. Very convenient location within minutes of restaurants, shopping, etc. Penthouse has a great view of the ocean and overlooks a cute little park. Would definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay at the penthouse and would definitely come back again! Everything was exactly as pictured - not to mention the great sunset views every evening. The house is convenient to everything you need whether walking or driving. The hosts were easy to get a hold of and even provided us with a long list of recommendations for food and activities. Highly recommend it for anyone considering a stay here.

The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood in easy walking distance to the beach. It's very well and stylish equipped. We were sitting on the veranda, having a coffee in the morning. It's clean and Julio was very responsive, gave us tips about things going on in the area. We would have loved to stay longer... but we will be back. Thanks Julio
