Luxury Bear Lake Home with Beach and Pool Access – Sleeps 30

The host was very welcoming and took care of my concerns. The home was stocked with lots of amenities in the kitchen, pretty much anything you would need for cooking. The home was great for our family size and for the activities we were doing. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and the large sofa sectional in the basement. It gave them room to play and sleep comfortably. The garage had a nice selection of games for them to play. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our host was so helpful and very prompt with all questions and concerns. The house is beautiful and very organized. The beds are comfortable and the rooms and views are fantastic. We had planned on taking the littles skiing, but the resort was still closed due to lack of snow. We still managed to keep them entertained and a good time was had by all. We had a large group. The kitchen was nice to work in and the grill and blackstone on the deck were so handy. We would definitely stay there again!

Great house with space for groups, great location as away from busier areas! I would note that there are no shower supplies (soap, shampoo, etc) in the house which we didn't know ahead of time.

This home is a fantastic option for large groups, families, or a multi-family getaway. It is clearly designed with gatherings in mind, making it easy for everyone to be together while still having their own space.The Good:Space is Abundant: The home truly lives up to its promise of accommodating a large number of people. There are plenty of bedrooms, often with en-suite bathrooms, which is a lifesaver when everyone is trying to get ready at once. The common areas are large, with a nice sized living room, multiple dining tables, and a large outdoor patio, so you never feel cramped.Kitchen is well suited: The kitchen is equipped for a crowd. With an oven, multiple refrigerators, and a dishwasher, cooking for a big group is a breeze. The large island and ample counter space make meal prep a collaborative and social activity.Entertainment for All: The house has built-in entertainment options that are perfect for all ages. A private pool, hot tub, and a game room with a ping pong table or basketball are common features that keep everyone entertained without having to leave the property.

Great place! Lots of room! The kids loved the swimming pool and hot tub! The private beach was less than a mile away and very nice.

4.5 stars. We enjoyed this house for our family of 10 adults and 15 children, especially the deck with fire table where we roasted marshmallows, ample seating for our group in the dining area, a small grassed area in the back for badminton and volleyball, and having beach towels available for use at the beach and pools. Kitchen was well stocked for dishes and needed equipment including an extra fridge in the garage, a large capacity dishwasher, and the Blackstone was a great size for us. Great view of the lake and walkable distance to the Reserve pools was an added plus. Be sure to bring your own shampoos, conditioners and lotion for your group.

Hosts were extremely responsive. Home was perfect for large groups and family and had everything we needed. Perfect area to get on the lake with your boat, or a short drive to walk around town.

This place was so fun and the views of the lake in the evening were beautiful! We used the pool but found it hard on the weekend to get a pickleball court. The hosts were great! I would recommend to a large family! They have thought of all the details for a great stay!

The perfect setting for a family of 30 people to get together and enjoy creating memories that will last a lifetime! We loved the ample amount of space, long list of amenities, and beautiful views the home had to offer. We hope to come and stay again in the future.

The house was nice and we enjoyed it. The bedroom situation was good and worked for our family when so many other houses did not. We appreciate the bedroom and bathroom situation. Parking area was great!It was hard for my family not to have a couch on the main floor. Patio furniture was nice, but not very comfortable for adults, worried about kids falling over the balcony and hot during the day to be outside.Before we went, we received house rules from vrbo, the house managers, the owners and the club house. Too many house rules to keep track of. The house rules from four different identities did not corollate with each other and before we went, we were confused, frustrated and stressed. When we arrived, nobody dared to do anything because they were not sure about the rules. Texting with Lyndee it was decided that we had possibly been sent some old house rules and that helped to relieve some of the pressure that all of us were feeling.There was also some unfinished house cleaning and pictures that we needed to follow through with that probably took another hour out of our time before we could get settled. You do need to respect the house rule of keeping the doors closed. There are a lot of nature' creatures that can invade the home.I do not mean to sound negative. After house rules were more understood, we did enjoy our stay and house manager was good to communicate with.2025 lake water is high, not a lot of beach access, but still a nice beach. Loved the dining tables, used them for board games after meals. The deck is a wonderful relaxing spot for visiting and good views of the lake. We used the firepit on the deck in the mornings. The back lawn was level and green and good for outdoor games. There were plenty of sleeping spots, and our young adults loved the downstairs tv and long, long sofa for group video game playing.

The view from this cabin is unmatched! We had a wonderful week with room for everyone to sleep and eat and have a good time. Beach towels were a great perk! The house was clean and updated and had everything we needed.If I had any criticism it would be the lack of a pantry in the kitchen. I would love to see the mudroom space turned into a small pantry as we just never used that space but really needed a pantry. Just a thought ;) Not a deal breaker though. We would come back for sure!

We loved our stay and enjoyed the home! Very clean and everything worked out good for our crew. Had great contact with the owners and they always answered my call when we had questions.

We had a very nice stay. The house is beautiful with beautiful views especially with the snow. The house is very spacious accommodate large group. However, I didn’t realize it didn’t have couches or sofas in the living room so lookout for that if you want comfortable couches. Also, the clubhouse was closed due to maintenance and we were very disappointed that we didn’t get some kind of refund since we reserved this house and paid mainly for the clubhouse. I’d say this house is worth it but only if the clubhouse was open.

What we wanted was a mild bachelor weekend to take in views and get competitive with each other and that’s exactly what we got and more. Between the yard games at the house, the games in the garage, and the long dining tables, it was non stop friendly competition all weekend. The private beach access wasn’t what we expected, but the adjacent beach volleyball court made up for that! Would love to return.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. Loved that we could all eat in the same room. The upstairs deck became the favorite place to sit and visit. So much attention paid to details that made our stay easier. The host was so friendly and helpful. We would love to come stay at the particular house again
