Luxury Beach Retreat with Private Pool - Sleeps 18, Steps from the Beach!

We loved the house! It was the perfect spot for some pre-wedding relaxation and hanging out. The house is in the perfect location for Destin/Sandestin; close to the beach, the Commons, and more. We were delighted at the space and amenities, too!

This property is wonderful! Perfect location, quiet neighborhood, beach and everything is nearby. The management is very responsive and takes care of your needs. The house is charming and has a perfect backyard with a pool. One of my favorite part about this house is that each of the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The baloncies on the second floor are a nice addition to enjoy. I highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back to this property.

This house and location were absolutely amazing! The host were also great very attentive with any questions and answered in very timely manner. We had 15 of us and this house had plenty of space and everything you could need. Highly recommend staying here !

I had an awesome time. The house was great. I suggest putting in rails by the pool. Some of your guests will be older and need help getting in the pool.

Our group of 14, ages 6-79, loved our stay!The home is immaculate, spacious, and just as described! The pool was beautiful and had lots of toys, masks, floaties! The beach is a 5 minute walk! There was a wagon, chairs, beach toys for us to use. The property manager was VERY responsive!!I would definitely rent this home again.

Sun, sand, swimming, boating - we did it all within a weeklong family vacation! The house was the perfect home base for an extended family of 15, with 7 kids ranging from 9-17. Everyone had their own space and bathroom, the house was spotless, and the neighborhood / location was perfect. The house was extremely well appointed - great cookware, pool towels, bathroom supplies. Communication with the property owner was friendly and seamless.Thank you for the memories - we hope to return soon!

We had a family vacation in Destin. The house was awesome. House and po were clean and we loved how close to the beach. Kitchen had everything you needed. Check-in process was very easy, neighborhood was peaceful and communication with the host was great. Highly recommend this property!

Very nice house and location! Plenty of room and the pool area was super nice! Our family had a great time! The owner and property manager were quick to respond to a dishwasher situation and came to fix the issue the same day. I would definitely stay here again!

We visited with extended family and loved staying at this house. Plenty of towels, beach and pool toys. We loved that each room had its own bathroom and the kids took over the third floor bunk room. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome!! We were a bunch of friends/family getting together for a week getaway and enjoyed every minute and of it! The accommodations were awesome with everyone’s own en suite and room getaway. We will definitely be back!!

The listing is accurate. We had 3 small families travel in for a reunion and it was easy to find and easy to get in. Property was super clean and easy to navigate. Each room felt like a master bedroom in its own way so it felt equal and the pool was great with the kids! Close to beach and a few restaurants. Will definitely be back!!

We come to Destin every year . We love Cobia street and this home did not disappoint! It was clean spacious and the property manager was great with communication!

We are a tough family to please. Richard and Ron went above and beyond the mark! Pros: The amount of comfortable space is incredible! We had our mothers (70+) and our three daughters 17+. The balconies off the bedrooms were a huge plus. The neighborhood is nice and familial. We appreciated the noise ordinance as we are quiet people. The eateries are not only convenient but delicious! Publix, Walmart, shopping centers, everything one would need. Richard and Ron made sure the house lacks for nothing. There was an abundance of towels for bathing and even toilet pacer. We brought our own pool towels. The pool is a nice size and refreshing,crystal clear! The beach is a short walk but if you have elderly or little ones you should take the 3 minute drive to the Crab Shack and enter from there. We cannot express enough how impressed we were with the customer service and the home!!!!! Top notch treatment. Cons: Cleaning is always a challenge. As we used to own a cleaning business, our only suggestion would be a deep clean maybe once a month, including ceiling fans. No major complaints at all, still very very nice. Just a suggestion and not a complaint, lights on the trees or the fence would be FABULOUS!!! The bright lanai nights are a bit bright at night for ambiance. We kept them off and used the inner lights from the home. We know it’s a huge expense but a hot tub would be amazing!!!! Again, not a complaint but a suggestion for older ones. Again FABULOUS!!!
