Beautiful and modern home. We loved the location. We walked to Ledbetter Beach, the harbor, and shopping and dining on State Street. The host had excellent and responsive communication when needed. Highly recommend this wonderful home.

This exquisite, newly renovated home has modern finishes and incredible indoor and outdoor spaces that lend themselves to entertaining (which we did - dinner with my sister and brother in law) and simply relaxing. It would be difficult to find a more perfect location. It’s steps to the ocean and so close to the harbor and all of the bustle of downtown while still being incredibly private and quiet. We wished we could have stayed longer. Communication with the property manager was easy and while we had hoped for early check in, the property was ready on time. It’s an expensive listing; however, you can see the investment they’ve made in every square inch of the property and it would easily accommodate two couples or a family of 4. The adjunct building could be used for another space to sleep for kids, but they will have to enter the main property to use the bathrooms. Closet space is limited but sufficient for a few nights. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to escape to a stunning home in a pristine location. We had a wonderful time.

We had a great time at this property. Very clear and modern great jacuzzi easy to use. Very quiet neighborhood and beautiful scenery. We had a couple issues figuring out all the tech on the house and the repair guy came quickly Nd showed us.

The house is just exactly as pictures. The host was great and friendly. Perfect for a small family including pets. A really short walk to the beach. It was a quick trip for us and it was raining as well so we didn’t get to use the jacuzzi. Will come back next time.

My wife and I, our two adult children and our dog spent 12 days in Santa Barbara. The house was lovely and as advertised. Very clean and recently up dated thru out. The location is a block and a half from the ocean -- a 5 minute walk. The yard was what sold me on this property -- completely enclosed and private. With a SPA and fire pit. With lots of out door area to relax in. Brent, who manages the property was extremely helpful for any request we made. Would clearly stay there again. Ben

Lovely, private Mesa home with lots of little spaces to enjoy. Exceptionally clean and newly redone with modern TV's, appliances, and bathrooms. Love the proximity to the ocean and very close to SBCC. The office is a great place to work or even exercise. Property manager is extremely responsive.

We loved the vibe of this charming cottage ! Completely redone in a sweet minimalist style ! There were 6 of us with lots of room to spread out !
