This large 2 level beach side property is in the northern secluded area of Nambucca Heads and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. From the moment you arrive with the extensive mature palm trees, the property has a rich and inviting feel. The high ceilings throughout the house, combined with extensive solid wooden walls, exposed brick work, comfortable furnishings and extensive use of featured lights, gives the in the house a luxury feeling.

This recently renovated house oozes all thecharacter of a traditional beach house with wide easterly views to the ocean and coastal rainforest. With all new appliances and comfortable furnishings, the house is ideal for a luxury escape for the family. This is your perfect large family holiday house with 2 separate internal living areas and 2 large external decks. There are polished hardwood timber floorboards on the first level and painted concrete floors on the lower level . The first level has ducted air conditioning and the lower level has a split air conditioner.

There are five comfortable bedrooms, all with Queen sized beds and one trundle bed with innerspring mattress. The house accommodates 10 adults and 2 children. Three of the bedrooms have an ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms are in a separate area of the house with a shared the main bathroom. All bedrooms have celling fans and throughout the property there are 5 Smart TVs which will be found in both living areas and in three of the 3 bedrooms.

The large house has large living areas and a large dining table for the guests to dine in style. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a 90 cm oven and cooktop. Included is a large fridge for plenty of cold storage, as well as offering filtered water with an ice maker. For the guest that loves there morning coffee, we will be please to know about the Nespresso coffee machine that is provided.

On the first level deck, the outside living gives great views to the ocean and the coast rainforest is only 300 metres away. In the mornings you are usually greeted by kookaburras and in the afternoons you are likely to see parrots and other native birds in flight around the coastal rainforest. The property’s outside living areas enable you to relax and connect with the wonderful atmosphere of Nambucca Heads coastal environment. The deck has 4 burner BBQ able to readily cater for 12 guests.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Pets are allowed subject to approval - 2 small dogs or 1 medium dog allowed. Please send details of pets in the booking application.
- Property is suitable for families of all ages and safely accommodated babies - a cot is available on request.
- We have a Strict No Party policy. Bucks or hens groups are not suitable for this property. We do not accept groups under the age of 25 years. Bookings will be cancelled upon breach of these policies.
- No beach towels are provided.
- Garage NOT suitable for LOW CARS as it will scrap due to step driveway.
- Property can sleep 12 people, but two of the beds are only suitable for children due to size and capability. In total maximum of 10 adults and additional two children can be accommodated.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a large, modern, well equipped property easily capable of accommodating 10 adults and two children. The house has been tastefully renovated with plenty of different spaces to relax, interact or watch TV. We loved the large deck which faces the ocean and has all day sun shine. Pet friendly and close to swimming creek for off leash dogs or main beach. Very clean and no complaints from my family. 🤓
