Luxury Beach House in Giants Neck Beach - Perfect for Large Families!

Awesome house in an amazing location! Perfect for our large family as there is a large kitchen/dining/living area and huge deck for all to gather, but still plenty of space for everyone to spread out - especially with the downstairs den and bonus room. The house is super clean, kitchen very well stocked (literally everything that you’ll need), and tons of really thoughtful extras provided - board games, beach supplies, towels, kayaks, fire pit, grill, and hot tub (just to name a few). Several beaches are a short and easy walk away, and on cloudy days the deck with retractable awning won’t disappoint. Andrei provided tons of super helpful information and is extremely responsive. Thank you for being a great host!

Andrei has supplied this house with everything you need for your stay. Kitchen was well equipped if you plan to cook at the house: blender, food processor, plenty of glasses, plates, etc. to host. We enjoyed bringing one of the kayaks down to the beach for a tour of the coastline while others lazed about on the beach chairs provided, floated or kicked around on boogie boards. The house has plenty of space for everyone to find some peace and quiet, while the common area and deck can fit everyone for dinner, drinks, games…you name it. 10/10 - already planning our stay for next summer!

We loved our stay!! This home has everything with plenty of space to spread out, which was great with 5 teens! The location is great, featuring a wonderful deck overlooking the shore and just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beach. So easy to come back to the house for the restroom or to get snacks, etc. The kitchen was stocked with every possible necessity. There are two hang out rooms downstairs, the one with the pull out is completely private, so it could be used as a separate bedroom (was hard to tell that from the pictures). The hot tub was a nice bonus, especially when the weather wasn’t right for the beach. Clear directions and information. We will be returning next year!!!

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Beautiful views, close to the beach, great neighborhood, and it had everything our family needed to feel like home away from home. Andrei is a great communicator and is a very thoughtful and welcoming host. I highly suggest this place for families - the beach is very family-friendly and there is a cute downtown with shops and restaurants that aren’t too far away if you want to get out of the neighborhood.

If you need the best view and the most relaxing atmosphere this is the place. The owner was outstanding the view and vibe was to die for. Did not want to leave.
