The host went over the top to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. She was quick to respond with any question that we had.

Had an excellent time over Christmas having family gathering at the cottage.

The property is awesome , everything you need is available, clean and neat every room is equipped thinking on the guest needed , if you want to rest and recharge this is the place for you ,if you are a clean person this is perfect , the house is spotless.We spent thanksgiving there and have the best memories and nice pictures too.

The kitchen is convenient and had everything we needed for a “girls’” weekend. Rooms were spotlessly clean and we had abundant towels, bath soaps and sundries. Beautiful view from the front porch.

House was great! Beautiful location. Lynn was very responsive when I had a question regarding the house.

My wife and I are just finishing up our stay at Lynn & Daves home. They are excellent hosts. Lynn helped us with anything we needed immediately.This is a top spot for enjoying the water and there are numerous eateries with great food(5 to 10 minutes away).We reccomend La Llorona where we were served awesome, authentic Mexican food! The house is immaculate and filled with everything you need from clean, fresh linens, to all the kitchenware required for cooking. All the appliances are newer and in great working order.Our grandson and daughter stayed for a day with us and he never left the water area! There is a park nearby for children and a beach, however we were fine right on the property! Direct waterfront with amazing sunrises!In closing this is a rental not to miss! The place is lovely, comfortable, and immaculately clean. It has a wonderful history as well. The host was delightful, and always available if needed. Good conversation, beautiful views, and a great central location to take day trips around the area from. We could not have found a better place.

Great location. We loved sitting by the river and watching the boats. Hosts were friendly and the cottage was equipped with everything we could ask for a months stay. We’d be happy to come back.

Perfect cottage house, well-appointed!

My family stayed here for a few days in June 2024 and had the perfect mini vacation. The house is very clean, had all the amenities and in the perfect location. My children loved all the nearby beaches. The local restaurants were great. Lynne and Dave can be easily reached if you need anything. Everyone in the neighborhood is so friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer. I hope to go back next summer. Thank you Lynne and Dave!
