Luxury Beach House & Apartment, Hot Tub, Kayaks, Fire Pits, Game Room

This home and location was ideal for our family reunion. It was large enough to comfortably allow multiple tête-à-tête conversations while the main party pursued another activity in the spacious living room. We fed everyone from the fully equipped kitchen and made many new fond memories. The view is stunning along with multiple sightings of seals and sea otters. We enjoyed kayaking on the flat waters and clamming at low tide. Poulsbo is a cute town nearby for an amusing day trip. Highly recommended!

Loved every moment of our stay! My family had a great time kayaking, clamming, and waking up to beautiful views. Plenty of space for the kids to play and ample lounge spots for adults. Our grandparents loved sitting next to the fireplace and watching the water too. Highly recommend & would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We had a fantastic long weekend staying at this amazing house. It was the perfect location for a weekend of food, hot tub, kayaking, hikes and conversations. The hosts were great and very responsive to questions. We definitely want to come back next year when we do our annual trip again.

Our family of eleven thoroughly enjoyed our five-night stay at this property. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots, pans, dishware, spices, appliances, etc. We were able to easily prepare family theme dinners. Our two teens played foosball, pool, ping-pong, and went clam digging after midnight on New Year's Eve! Everyone really appreciated the lovely hot tub, too. Dan and Ally were super-responsive. We would highly recommend staying here.

Hosts were excellent! Great documentation for everything at the property. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was everything as presented/promised and even had some Christmas decorations which we weren't expecting :)

We absolutely loved this home and its beautiful location right on the water! Everyone had such a great time fishing, clamming, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The hot tub, fire pits, and game room were huge hits too. There was plenty of space to accommodate our large group, yet it still felt cozy and perfect for spending time together. The location was ideal—peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to visit all the nearby national parks. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!

We had the most amazing stay at this glorious beach house on Chico Bay! It was beautiful inside and out, with fantastic views of the water, a wonderfully stocked kitchen and so many fun amenities: kayaks, paddle boards, pool table, foosball table, basketball net, etc. We could not have picked a better place to celebrate a milestone birthday with our family and friends!

From the beginning, the owners Dan and Ally communicated quickly and clearly with us. They were really great about recommendations in the surrounding area. As far as the property, we couldn't have asked for a better venue to host a family gathering. There was something for everyone. The bed rooms and house were all in great shape and as advertised. We enjoyed the fire pit, the hot tub, the game room activities. The kitchen was great and allowed us to host a big dinner for all 16 guests comfortably. The water access was a lot of fun too, complete with kayaks and paddle boards. Access to fun places like Poulsbo was simple as well. I hope this write up makes other folks feel good about spending a little more for this place ... it's worth it. I've stayed in a few places and, yes, this is a little on the higher end. But I do not believe you'll regret it given all of the above and more benefits. I highly recommend staying here with Dan and Ally. Thanks guys.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house over Memorial Day weekend! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with gorgeous views and easy access to everything we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked, with plenty of space. The host was responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely come back again—highly recommend!

Crossed the northern border - three days of golf - three nights at this excellent Bremerton house (wish it was my house) - Check-in, appliances, rooms, check-out were all as advertised and easily justified the price

This property was great for a family gathering to celebrate my wife's birthday. Everyone was impressed with the views of Chico Bay and how well stocked the house was. The hosts even left a thoughtful gift basket.

Dan & Ally’s home was well equipped and a serene location for our annual gathering of college friends. It is centrally located to grocery shopping and the Bremerton ferry system. Its many rooms, decks, and gathering places allowed our group to relax and enjoy each other’s company. This is a wonderful home with responsive hosts.

Our stay and the property were amazing! We had such a great time spending a long weekend with our friends to celebrate our anniversary. We had plans to do a lot more in the area, but enjoyed the house and property so much, we barely left. Would definitely recommend this property for larger groups as it housed and slept our party of 12 very comfortably.

Our group of lady golfers played in a Sr's tournament at a nearby course. The house was so nice we didn't want to leave! Hosts Ally and Dan were the best, very responsive and thoughtful!

A group of 16 of us spend a lovely time together at this beautiful home. A lot of facilities entertain both kids and adults. The host is very easy to communicate and provide all the needed amenities. Will definitely go back again in the near future.

Beautiful home, such comfortable rooms. The views are amazing. The hosts spoil you with a gift basket, wine, coffee and tea. They provide kayaks and a stand up paddle board which our family really enjoyed, and tools to dig up clams- which are plentiful! The landscaping was so lush, hydrangeas and lavender, it was really hard tp leave after a week. We have stayee at many wonderful homes but everyone agreed that this was our favorite home.

This beach house was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate our parents’ anniversary! The open living room/dining room/kitchen and expansive deck gave us plenty of space to gather, and all of the well-appointed bedrooms accommodated everyone comfortably at night. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding, s’mores at the fire pit, and watching seals pop up in the water off the coast. Dan and Ally were attentive hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home!
