Welcome to Eastside Adobe Estate, a luxury hillside estate in Santa Fe’s Historic Eastside — just minutes from Canyon Road’s world-famous galleries, boutiques, and dining. Where classic Pueblo architecture meets contemporary style, offering an elevated stay rooted in the culture and craftsmanship of Northern New Mexico.

Step through the archway entrance and you’re immediately surrounded by sculpted adobe curves, hand-crafted details, and a sense of history thatunfolds from room to room. Radiant-heated custom flagstone floors guide you into the lower living lounge, styled with modern comfort and anchored by a chic bar — the perfect spot to unwind or entertain.

The second living room brings a brighter, more playful energy with pastel accents, layered textures, and a large smart TV for movie nights or cozy evenings in. Throughout the home, a curated art collection celebrates regional artists, adding richness and personality to every space.

Outdoor gardens, covered portals, and multiple patios create a private oasis for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or al fresco dining. With over 4,000 square feet of interior living space and thoughtfully designed outdoor areas, the estate offers both sanctuary and style — quintessential Santa Fe.

Whether you’re here for the art, the architecture, the food scene, or the mountain air, Eastside Adobe Estate offers an experience that is historic, contemporary, and deeply Santa Fe — a place designed to inspire, recharge, and linger in your memory long after your stay.

Both the manager and owner welcomed us to the house in a manner both gracious and helpful. Any questions we had during the week were answered promptly. The house is in very good shape and is beautifully appointed. The owner clearly supports the local arts community: The art is interesting and adds to the visit. Visiting in the summer, we took most advantage of the multiple outdoor living areas. The courtyard, in particular, was very relaxing, allowing one to sit under the eaves during occasional rainstorms (there are heaters as well). The area is quiet and close to the Canyon Road galleries and eateries. Altogether highly recommended.
