Luxury 9BR Norris Lakefront home. Party on the Docs, 2 Story Dock/Slide/Hot tub.

This was a wonderful property. Everything worked. Suggestions: 1. Leave more than 1 packet for dishwasher. 2. Leave more trash bags - 1 for each container was not enough. OR suggest that guest bring these items as you did with the toilet paper. Would like to try a stay in the summer.

Very nice place. Well stocked kitchen. The driveway is difficult.

The kitchen was fully stocked, Loved that because we cooked Thanksgiving Dinner there. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. Plenty of room for all of us! The only thing I would for warn people to is the Driveway. It's in the mountains so I understand why it's steep but please be aware the drive way is straight down with a turn in it. Other than that, the house was beautiful!

The house was wonderful!! Very spacious and came with everything we needed to cook, entertain, and sleep. Multiple areas to gather. Each bedroom had a bathroom which make it very convenient for our group of 12 adults and 4 kids. We would love to come back and enjoy the lake in the summer. Thank you!

What a nice spot! My husband and I renewed our wedding vows here on the deck with the beautiful lake as a backdrop. There were 16 of us in total and everyone enjoyed their stay! Some fished from the fantastic dock anf others of us watched while sipping wine from the deck.The house is very clean, very spacious and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with everything you may need.Thank you, Debbie, for a wonderful stay!

Prefect Lake getaway! This home is beatifull and exceptional with great location to Twin Cove Marina and main lake. Extremely clean and all the amemities you could want.

This house is set up perfectly for large groups. Plenty of entertainment spaces and things to do all within close range to Knoxville. We didn’t have to remember the stuff we normally forget like wine openers etc… the home is stocked very well. All 9 bedrooms have private baths some share only the shower but have their own vanity and commode. Perfectly comfy and played out for our large group. Highly recommend for your next big even or a football game in Knox. The Marina around the corner made renting a boat seamless as well. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay!

When 3 generations of our family gather to celebrate the holidays we need plenty of space and this house sure provided. This was a spacious and comfy house with plenty of different spaces to gather and play and eat. We were very happy with the thoughtfully well stocked kitchen. We made all our meals while there and every pot, pan or casserole dish we needed was there. Plenty of different plates and dishes to eat off of too. Beds were comfy with quality bedding and we could tell they have a top notch cleaning crew. We liked the shuffle board and pool table and the large table and ample counter space worked well for family board games and puzzles. Debbie was great at communicating before and during our stay and we felt well prepared for arrival and departure. I am always appreciative of thoughtful hosts. We would not hesitate to rent this house again. We liked that it was closer to I-75 than many of the lake house options.

The house was perfect for us in every way, and hope to stay again during the summer time.

Party on the Docs is exactly as described & even more beautiful than the pictures! It is very clean & spacious, well decorated, has a great floor plan (it’s so nice for everyone to have their own attached bathroom), and it had everything we needed, even for cooking & serving Thanksgiving dinner for 18 people! It was so nice to have 3 refrigerators for all the stuff we brought with us! We definitely enjoyed the shuffleboard table, pool table, ping pong table & hot tub! The owners were also very quick to respond to questions before, during & after our stay.We highly recommend Party on the Docs & would love to visit again in the warmer months so we can enjoy the lake, the amazing dock & back deck, the marina, etc

We had a great time with family at Party on the Docs! House had plenty of room and all amenities necessary. Everyone talked about coming back in the summer! Living spaces are large and accommodating, the kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is in great condition. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. The walk to the dock is precarious but worth it!

We had a great time! There were 9 adults Anna 7 children. The house was perfect for a large family!

Beautiful property. Very clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyone had a blast on the dock! We couldn't have asked for more.

This house is amazing. It had more than enough room to fit more than 20 people comfortably. We spent so much time on the spacious porches and out at the floating dock. The owners even gave great recommendations for golf cart use which I would highly recommend for the drive down to the dock. It’s not too steep to walk down, but definitely easier to haul coolers and older people down with the cart. It was a great time and hope to book this house again!

Party on the Docks was exceptional. Our family stayed for six nights, and I miss it already! Kids loved boating, sliding off the dock, and all the indoor games. Marina is very close if you want to enjoy snacks and drinks. Would definitely recommend!
