House on beach was so convenient with the boardwalk extending directly onto beach with no steps and easy access. Home was perfect for our family of 15! We even loved watching the summer storms roll in and out with decks facing both east and west!

Fully stocked! Plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc in kitchen - 2 dishwashers were amazing! Lots of beach chairs, tents for beach, beach toys, and wagons to haul them down the well maintained board walk! Lots of outdoor sunny and shady seating! Well maintained pool. Plenty of common areas for the whole family to enjoy time together!

This was a wonderful house for our three generations to spend a week. We’ve been gathering for a beach vacation for the past 15 years and this house sits at the very top of all the houses we’ve rented. Wonderful location convenient to grocery stores and restaurants, so well stocked with towels and beach gear for a large crew, beautiful view, exceptionally clean, lovely beach and easy access to it, and so much more…we loved it all! Thank you Kelly for a special week together in your beautiful home!

16 ultra picky travelers- zero complaints or negative comments. The kitchen is a gourmet cooks delight. Even has a food processor and hand blender. The pool was wonderful the beach nearly empty. I have no advice other than go, you won’t regret it.

This was the perfect property for our large group. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

It was an awesome home, large, clean and the kitchen had everything you needed for your cooking cravings. Views were beautiful. We only had trouble with the operation of the elevator. Once once we paid attention to the instructions things were fine. But many of us use the steps and got plenty of exercise.

The house was excellent everyone loved it.

The house was absolutely wonderful - there were 16 of us, and we felt like there was plenty of space for us all to stretch out. The en suites for each bedroom was perfect and helped us all have our privacy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards, baking sheets, etc, and there was so much beach equipment - chairs, toys, etc. The ocean was still a little chilly, but the pool stayed warm throughout our stay!

Everything was top rate! Immaculate, host was always available, amenities plentiful….it was wonderful!!!!

This was our second stay and the house is still as spectacular as we remember. We love the living area on the 3rd floor with a panoramic view of the ocean during the day and the constellations at night. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and the rooms well appointed. Everything is spotless when we checked in. Perfect place for a large family reunion.

This home made our family vacation on Butler Beach everything we imagined. The host was responsive to our every question. The amenities were perfect. The time flew by and we would stay in this house again!

We’ve stayed at this property for several years and it’s always a great experience! Beautiful home! The house is well kept, and the property owner responds quickly to any issue that may arise. We’ve stayed in numerous VRBO Properties over the years, and this one is still our favorite!

We cooked all our meals(18 people) and had everything we needed. Plenty of big pots and pans and bowls. The kitchen is well equipped. The whole place was very clean. There was also lots of equipment for the beach including chairs, umbrellas, wave boards, sand toys and beach towels. There was plenty of space to spread out. It’s a wonderful house in a beautiful location.The pool was clean and an added bonus. Highly recommend this property. Kelly our host was responsive answering all my questions prior to our stay and she checked in during to make sure everything was okay.

The house was just as advertised with a great layout, well located, well equipped, clean and perfect for our group of 19 (13 adults and 6 children between the ages of 10 months and 10 years).

Great place for extended family vacation. Lots of space and well maintained.

Our family takes a vacation every 2 years. There were 17 of us. 14 adults including 6 teens and 3 kids 2,4, and 13. The number of bedrooms and bed and bath set up was perfect. The boy teens had to bunk room and the girls had their bed rooms and the littles had their room and my sons and wives theirs. My sister and I each had our own. The living area was large with lots of seating just to talk and enough table seats for everyone to sit down for a meal. The balcony was large with large tables that we used for games in the evening. The pool area was lovely. Pool was warm. Lots of lounges. Lots of beach chairs and outdoor equipment. Foosball. 2 fridges 2 dishwashers , 2 laundry facilities. Kitchen was very well equipped. We couldn’t have asked for more. And when we did have a tiny issue with a fridge it was repaired that day. A perfect week for all of us.

Great location , house and beach area!! Loved it

This was definitely one of our favorite places to stay ! Plently of room for the 10 of our family members of all ages. Everyone had a great room with 5 of the rooms being ocean fronts and all with king beds, so there was no fighting with rhe kids. The pool was a great size, and everything was very clean amd well maintained.Owner was very easy to deal with and easy to get ahold of.Beach was so nice and quiet!We would definitely stay here again, and would definitely recommend to our friends!

Love this home--we've now been here 4 times and it's been great every time!! We had a little glitch initially getting in, but Kelly took care of it and we had a fabulous time!! With everyone in their own king suite, high-end luxury on every floor, the heated pool, and our private boardwalk to the expansive beach, our 13 family members thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our time.

The neighborhood, location to the beach, close access to St. Augustine, pool and decks out the back - it was perfect for our 4-generation family reunion!

The house and amenities (furnishings, pool, boardwalk, toys & beach items) were all as advertised. This house was a wondeful place for our whole family (ages 5 to 80) to enjoy a memorable beach vacation!

We had a large group that stayed six days and from initial communication to check in to check out it was a seamless process. We arrived a few hours early and was granted early check in and the house was clean and neat. Everything was as advertised online and the stay was 100% amazing. We will book this house again in the future.

12 of us enjoyed a week at Kelly's in April 2025 for our family reunion. The view on the main floor is breathtaking! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked for cooking for a large crowd. There were plenty of towels & beach towels. The pool was a perfect temperature. The home was clean and very comfortable. Kelly was always immediately available if we had any questions. We plan to book this home again!

Everything about the house was perfect! The location is great, the beach is beautiful, and the house is well-equipped. It was a wonderful rental!

We rent 2-4 houses per year, and I have found over the years that there are two types of rentals: ones that are there to make someone money and ones where the focus of the owner is to ensure those staying have an outstanding experience. This rental is a location where the owners put thought into the experience.The home was very well managed and spotless. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets and blankets were clean and soft. The kitchen was well stocked: knives had an edge, utensils were plentiful and in good shape, and the stove and ovens were spotless and operational. Having two dishwashers was a fantastic perk. One note is that an older family member has very bad knees and difficulty walking upstairs. This home has an elevator, which allowed her to go to any floor and kept her from being limited in her movement throughout the house, and we were very thankful for this perk.The outside area was immaculate, the pool was well managed, warm for the little younglings, and the beach was great and easy to access. The beach equipment room was stocked better than any beach home we have ever stayed in, and we were incredibly thankful for that aspect of the rental.I highly suggest this location and we thank the owners for their thoughtfulness and efforts to make the stay a great experience.

Myself and 5 friends stayed at this 8 bedroom beautiful home and had a fantastic time. The home is exactly as described and pictured on the VRBO site as well as being spotless upon our arrival. Kelly, our contact person, was very helpful and quick to respond to each and every question that we had. We really enjoyed the pool and being able to walk right down to the beach on our own boardwalk. The home was well stocked with bath towels, pool towels, pool items, beach chairs, all kitchen items, anything we needed was there. I plan on returning with my own family sometime in the future to enjoy this lovely home and I will be recommending to all.

St. Augustine was amazing. The property had everything you could possibly need. The pool was 85 degrees 24/7. The walk to the beach was convenient and close. You will not be disappointed if you book this property for a family getaway. The elevator was a definite plus for the 75 crowd and for transporting luggage! More than enough seating and table space for our group.

Amazing! Kelly and her crew are nothing less than Awesome!! Fast to respond to any concern you may have, large or tiny. The beds and baths were perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked (just bring groceries) everything is provided, outdoor areas; used from sunrise till well after sunset. Games, books, cable, gas grills, pool accessories. Time to relax and your clothes is all you need to bring. This location is perfect; restaurants, delivery, grocery stores and stuff to do for everyone. We had an absolute wonderful stay here! The house is exactly as described, has incredible views of the beach, and is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. It is the perfect place if you have a large group and is only about a 15 min drive from downtown St. Augustine. The host is quick to respond and can answer any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family has stayed in this home several times, and it never dissapoints! The home has awesome views, and excellent porch and pool deck area! It is well stocked for large groups, and quality furnishings. The owner is easy to work with, and does a great job with keeping this home in top notch condition.

It was the perfect place for my family. The kids really enjoyed the beach and the pool. Had a wonderful time. I was amazed at how well the kitchen was equipped. It had everything thing we needed. We would definitely come back and recommend it to all our friends should they need a large place.
