Stayed Jul 19, 2025Our family of 15 spent a wonderful week in the Virginia Beach house in late July 2025. Lots of room for everyone. Having the elevator handy was very useful after food shopping (kitchen is on the 3rd floor). Having a very large table that could seat all of us at once was great for our family dinners and playing games together.Everyone loved the pool with the outdoor TV and waterfall and the easy access to the beach. The owner was VERY responsive when we had any questions during our stay. I would highly recommend it!

Stayed May 27, 2023We had an absolutely wonderful, memorable Memorial Day weekend staying at this property and are now hoping to make it an annual event! We had 9 adults and 10 kids (ranging from 6 months to 9 years old) and we had plenty of room. Despite rainy and windy weather, we enjoyed our time together and appreciated the attention to detail with amenities that the owners provide - from baby gear to board games to video games to puzzles. There is so much to do in this house, even when the weather isn't the best. We loved the property and will be back!

Stayed Oct 25, 2022This vacation property is stunning, and clean. Amazing views and everything in this house is so well thought out for guests. Genuinely couldn’t find fault with anything, and the hosts were so fast to get back with answers to any questions. Definitely worth staying here, and can honestly say one of the best properties ever stayed at. Absolutely wonderful.

Stayed Jul 2, 2022Justin and Hillary were quickly available as we had a smoke detector that sounded with a chirp and then corrected it. Property had all items as stated and with location on ocean we did use Windex to clean a couple windows.
