Luxury 5BR w/ Pool & Hot Tub | Sleeps Groups | ~35 Min to NRG Stadium World Cup

This was a very roomy and beautiful house that our team stayed at for a work event. Area was quiet and it was not far from the Woodlands.

Great host, clean home. Would stay again!

This is the second time we have stayed at this house. It works very well for our family with adults and children. The kitchen is adequately stocked for preparing meals, including our Thanksgiving dinner. Our grandchildren and children enjoy the hot tub and having a park right down the street is great for play time. The driveway provides plenty of off-street parking space and the neighborhood is peaceful.

My family and i looved our stay! The home is beautiful just as posted. Other than the jacuzzi not working the pool was perfect and the patio setting was very comforting. Everything else was great as well! Definitely would stay again!

The pool was great, the house was great and the host was responsive. Great house to hangout in. We did nothing else on this trip but hangout here. Plenty of stuff to cook with and lots of towels.

Location was perfect and the home was beautiful. Our family truly enjoyed our own oasis in the backyard and the property manager was readily available before check in and after. Ten out of ten, we hope to visit again!

Nice family home within minutes of anything. Quiet neighborhood and on cal de sac. Have stayed here 2 yrs in a row, love the layout and property. Could use a little extra minor love. Update queen mattresses, worn down. Need some kitchan pan up grades. Outdoor pool hot tub needa some minor love w tile, heaters, fountains. Outdoor furniture could be upgraded w new lounge chairs and cushions. Ac upstairs needs a swrvice call. But over all i would defiantly recommend this comfortable and beautiful property.

We loved the property and would stay again. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed the outdoors. Would have liked a nice propane grill and needed a blow dryer otherwise the house was perfect.

We really enjoyed our visit. The house and pool were very nice and enjoyable. We had one repair issue at the beginning that was taken care of promptly and courteously.

The house is great for larger groups with space both up and down for relaxing / gathering. The pool is a nice addition with ample outdoor space. There is a paved, long walking/jogging path connected to a couple of parks in the neighborhood.

Came to The Woodlands for an adult lacrosse tournament and some of the team stayed here. The pool and hot tub were perfect for post-tournament relief. The house was as advertised and everything was clean. It met our needs. Communication was easy.

My family stayed here for our daughter’s wedding weekend. This was a nice quiet neighborhood and the house is in a cul de sac. Lots of space and 2 separate tv rooms.

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was beautiful, in a great location and the owner was communicative.

We go down to Houston about every year for our anniversary. We have our best friend come with us and have a few friends in the area we visit with. We plan on having enough bedrooms for everyone to stay and space to enjoy time with each other. This house was excellent. It was well laid out, all the bedrooms were great and there were plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and utensils for easy cooking and all the appliances were good quality worked great. The back yard and pool and sauna were awesome and great for relaxing after longer days being out and about. Overall everything was as the listing said. No surprises and everything was clean and prepared for our arrival. I did communicate with the property management quite a bit and they were very responsive and helpful, both before and after arrival. I have no complaints about this property and the rental process was great and I would love to rent from them again.

We enjoyed our stay; the house was clean, spacious, and as described in the listing! Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and the upstairs media room. The house is located on a very quiet cul-de-sac and there is a playground that is walkable, just at the end of the street. The house is right off of 242 providing easy access to anywhere in The Woodlands and quick access to I45 if needed.

The house did not seem like it had been reset to standard for new guests to arrive. Sheets were left on the couch, some trash in the yard, and other small items were left around the house, the pool was not cleaned upon arrival. No hot water was available for our 3 night stay. I sent a message to the host Friday night to let them know about the sheets and where I had put them. I did not receive a response, so I am grateful we had no major issues. The location to the woodlands and space was very nice. We enjoyed our stay but did not feel it was worth the cost.

Nice time at property in the Woodlands residential neighborhood. Quiet with lots of trees as you would hope in this area. Pool was clean upon arrival and house was clean and appropriately stocked with the basics. No issues or concerns toncontact owner about

Perfect home for bringing our kids and grandkids together for our family time. Enjoyed the pool, fishing at a nearby pond and playing on the playground just down the street! We’ll be back!
