Luxury 5-Bed Lakefront, 52-ft Private Sandy Beach

The home was set up and stocked above and beyond most homes! It was the perfect setting for adults and children! We could hang out as adults, and the children had their own entire lower floor with everything imaginable for children, including the toys, TV and putting green! There were on average 10 children playing and everybody was having a good time, including the adults. We stayed during the winter and it had a wonderful fireplace with an incredible views of the lake! We hope to come again!

Incredible place to stay for the weekend with a group of friends. Large dining area and kitchen, the beds are comfortable, the host was welcoming and provided plenty of information about the house. Overall we couldn't have found a better place to stay!

We had a great weekend! This was the best VRBO house we've stayed in. It was very clean and in a wonderful location. The host was responsive to our questions. We caught fish off of their dock and were close to the boat launch allowing us to boat every day. Having access to the Blackstone, Traeger, and gas grill added a lot to our stay. The beds were very comfortable as well.

One of the best stays we have ever had! The house is everything you could want in a beach house and more. The hosts were super helpful and really thought of everything. I loved how easy it was to find anything you might need because it was not only well marked but the guide provided covers everything! I can’t RAV enough about what a great stay we had and how I only hope we get to do it again next year.

Such a cozy, family-friendly lake house! The kids had a blast, the views were beautiful, and the home had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. Kiley was so friendly and welcoming, which made the trip even better. We can’t wait to come back!

The property and amenities were all good. The only issue we had, was the water from the faucets smelt like sulfur or rotten eggs. I did report the issue to our host, and was advised they would look in to it. Although, it was not repaired during out stay.

We enjoyed a perfect family vacation! The house is beautiful, spacious, extremely well outfitted, comfortable, and in the perfect location. The kids loved the special kids room and sandy beach. I wouldn’t change a thing.

This property is amazing as it is one of the few on Clear Lake with it's own private beach area. The location is in a really quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. The property manager is extremely responsive and provided all necessary information for our stay. The house is amazing with all amenities you need to really enjoy your stay. The Traeger smoker was great as we enjoyed the meals prepared with it. The beach area was a huge hit with our grandchildren who enjoyed building sand castles and playing in the lake. A large floating pad provided unending creative options for our grandchildren to float on the lake. The paddle boards allowed for adults to enjoy the lake as well. Overall this was the best experience we have had with a VRBO stay.

The house is beautiful. We had everything we needed. There was alot of thought put into making it a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kiley’s house. We were there for my Dad’s Celebration of Life service—a difficult event—and this house provided a beautiful, warm, and cozy backdrop for our family. We were there in March with chilly temperatures, we want to come back for a summer visit to take full advantage of the lake! Kiley has thought of everything at the house; you will not be disappointed!

This house is the most equipped, well thought out vacation rental we have visited. There isn’t anything they haven’t thought of as far as amenities go for a large group. The house is incredibly well furnished and allowed us to be together comfortably. The personal touches of having local drinks available didn’t go unnoticed either. So appreciate this house as an option for our family and will absolutely be back!

Wow! Not only is this property gorgeous, clean and relaxing, there are amenities like being at your own home. If you forgot it, it seemed like they thought of everything and they had you covered! From sunglasses, spices to cell phone cords and top of the line appliances, (Just to name a few!) This was a spot for our out of town family to gather for our Son's Wedding. We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to relax and stay during the commotion of a wedding weekend. Only thing we would have changed was to have had more down time from running around to the wedding venue ect. To have spent more time enjoying this beautiful property.

My sisters, close relatives and I want to express how much we enjoyed staying at your home. We especially loved drinking our coffee while sitting on the deck listening to the birds and the water lap up on the shore. Many treasured memories and laughs were shared. We will forever remember our fabulous stay at Clear Lake.

This property was exceptional! Kiley did a superb job of thinking about all the details to help us feel at home. Here are some of the highlights: movie and yoga room, fully appointed and modern kitchen, kitchen table seats 12, large rooms, beautiful view of the lake, sandy beach with paddle boards, lower-level patio, upper deck, etc. Everything a guest could need was there! It was easy to communicate with Kiley. I give our experience an enthusiastic 5 stars!

We couldn’t have stayed at a better spot. The house was gorgeous, perfectly outfitted on a beautiful lake with our own private beach. The kids played endlessly on the lily pad, the teens loved the stand up paddle boards, and we were able to sit on the beach with a cold drink and enjoy every minute. Perfect.

The house is spacious, well equipped and so nicely decorated. We liked especially that it was on the lake. It was centrally located for us that are for children spouses for grandchildren and my three sisters and brothers in law were all able to visit at various times.
