Wonderful spot to enjoy the weekend in Scottsdale. The backyard was the perfect place to hang out. Everything was as described. The close location near Kierland was great. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful home! The owner was always quick to answer a question and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We highly recommend this home, close by to lots of restaurants, shopping and groceries. Thank you Paul for letting us stay at your place!

Kitchen seemed fully equipped, although we did not cook.Pool and hot tub were wonderful! Loved provided kcups, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, paper towels.

Everything was great!

Easy check in. All amenities on site. Clean pool, clean scented sheets. Super clean. Great neighborhood, good water pressure. It was great in all aspects.

We had a guys 4 player golf week. House fit us perfectly and hosts were helpful and responsive

Paul was incredibly gracious in allowing me to use their home for a long overdue visit/ family get together. The home had everything we needed and was more then accommodating. Enjoyed my trip to Arizona and even more having somewhere such as here to kickback.

The host is exceptional. They were very responsive to issues. The reason I subtracted a star is the home itself. It's important to note that the home is really old, and a lot they put inside it is so cheap that it was uncomfortable for us. The mattresses are very cheap and covered in plastic, so I slept horribly. The towels were all old and mismatched. The fridge was broken when we got there, so we lost a lot of groceries we ordered. The guest toilet had constant issues. If you're looking for a basic house, this is great - wonderful location, good amount of bedrooms for adults sharing. If you're looking for the extra comforts of a hotel that you get at other rentals in this area, you may be disappointed.

Had a great time with the family house was clean and spacious. Was roughly 30 mins from anywhere we wanted to go.

The host was welcoming and interested in how we wer doing throughout our stay. The house was exactly as described with a wonderful, comfortable feel.

Went to Phoenix in August for a celebration of life. We had 5 people so needed the space. So grateful for the pool and everyone loved the pool table. House was clean and stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable. Host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay.

My husband, daughter and brother in law were in Arizona for a family funeral. The house was perfect. Close to where we needed to be and and the house was well stocked and very comfortable. Communication from the host was excellent. The pool offered a nice reprieve from the heat. I would definitely recommend this as a good place to stay.

The house was amazing. The details were accurate the host kept constant communication. Will definitely stay again and recommend this house to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay while in Arizona.

Our family of 6, plus one friend, stayed here when out daughter graduated from GCU. We also had her cat. The property is in a safe area and very easy access to everything. We used the pool, which was a nice addition. The kitchen is well-stocked. The owners were very communicative and joyfully supplied us with the one oddball request we had. Check out was easy.

Centrally located, this is a nice suburban house in a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for easy walking and little traffic. It has a sizable yard with lots of seating, both for sun sitting, and cocktails and dinner. It's not a luxury home but neither is it priced like one. The host responds to questions quickly and is helpful and easy to work with.

Love this location. Zero issues with the house and yard. We loved the layout and this is a great place for your next golf trip!

We chose this house mostly for its proximity to Westwood as our husbands were attending the Barrett Jackson car show. The added fun was the proximity to Old Scottsdale which was a great place. Paul was very accommodating and helpful. He happened to be there when we arrived and because our flight was a little earlier than the regular check-in time and the cleaning people were finished, we were able to stay. Will definitely choose this property if we come back to Scottsdale

House is as advertised. Perfect house for a golf trip.

The house was a great fit for our group and we spent much of our time out on the patio and in the pool. The house was as advertised, including indoor and outdoor furniture in as good condition as the pictures (as of Dec 10, 2024). There was a hiccup upon arrival but it was quickly fixed and the hosts were generous in their actions. The indoor area was comfortable when it got too cool to be outside, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. We would stay again if we’re back in the area.

Located in a nice neighborhood this home has a great floor plan. (having two private rooms with their own bathrooms is nice). The open living area to the kitchen and pool table area was nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with both plate ware and appliances (had a regular coffer maker and a Keurig) Plus alot of spices to choose from. Backyard area had lots to offer with pool, hot tub, putting green and lots of different lounging areas. Highly recommend this home.

Great location. Lots of fun things to do at the property. Perfect set up for families.

The house is outdated and dirty. I did not contact the owner as we did not want to be disturbed on our stay. The issues are many and most are not 1 hour or a one day fix. Very disappointed.

Four 60+ guys in town for golf vacation. House was great for our needs and central location for our travels. All four bedrooms were nice. Large family room area with pool table was perfect for us. Back yard is very nice with pool, hot tub, and an outdoor TV. Weather was cool for us (mid-November), so we didn’t use the backyard much. Did use the Hot Tub, which was nice. We did not use much of the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you’d need. Paul, the host, checked in on us frequently to be sure we were all set. Excellent communication throughout the process. Highly recommended.

The house was much more then I expected. Lots of room for family and friends to gather. I Highly recommend it.

We enjoyed this home. It was clean and very comfortable. The pool table in the living room, the back yard with the pool, hot tub and putting green not to mention the large dining table and water toys were great. Inside, everything was wonderful. While the house had many TVs including the one on the patio, we never turned it on. If you want to be in Scottsdale or close to Paridise Vally, this is a good place to stay. We will stay here again.

Lovely home in a great location’

The backyard is like a mini-resort and we did not have enough time to spend there since this was a work trip. Pool was very clean and kitchen had everything needed for the week. Master bedroom is huge and had a strong shower. Great house, convenient location.
