Beautiful home! We loved the neighborhood and how non-commercialized it was! We Felt like we had the beach to ourselves! We have to come and stay again!

This is the perfect location to kick back and relax. Then if you need to get to town for anything, you are a short 5-10 minute drive away. The house is wonderful, with a few quirks to be expected with the proximity to the salt air. Unfortunately we found the grills to be unusable. The elevator was a godsend for a few of us that had some difficulty with stairs. We also accessed the private chef who provided a mind blowing dinner. We fell in love with N Topsail Beach! Thank you again for opening your home to us!

Great location and accommodations. Host was super responsive and kind. House was easy steps to the not crowded beach and had vast ocean views. The bedroom set ups were perfect for our various family members. Outdoor shower is top notch, and supplied beach chairs and linens saved us a lot of car space! Highly recommend this house.

This property was as advertised. The house was spacious, beautiful, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the great view and easy access to the beach. It was nice to have beach chairs and toys available. We will be staying at this property again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. It was super well stocked with items in the kitchen and items to use on the beach. The condo is super convenient to the beach access and has beautiful views of the beach from the living room and decks. We definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful beach house, great location, wanted to stay here forever! 4 stars for cleanliness because the comforter on the bed had sand/crumbs under it when we arrived, so we used a quilt thay was on the chair instead. Other than that, everything was very clean. Things we loved: chilled local wine in the fridge on arrival. The house had everything needed like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish detergent, beach towels, bathroom towels, fully equiped kitchen. The views are beautiful from every room. Very short walk to the beach. The layout of the house was nice for 2 small families with the first floor having 3 bedrooms, second floor living area, and top floor with large bedroom and bath that can be locked from the rest of the house. Things to be aware of : bring a baby gate or 2 if you have small toddlers. Everything is pretty toddler friendly other than the back deck (its a floating deck so no railing and surrounding by rocks). And if you have allergens like down/feather stuffing, the couch cushions use feathers, but not the bedroom pillows.
