It was perfect! The house has so much room and nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to work with. Including the bikes and ping pong was a hit with my family.

Everything was just as advertised in the listing. A beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Highly recommended.

Hi, We had 4 couples for a long weekend in Hilton Head-Palmetto Dunes. Every one of us thought the house was spectacular! It was not only beautiful but it had everything and I mean everything we could have asked for. It was very comfortable, very spacious and unbelievably well stocked. The view was very nice of the golf course…..it was enjoyable to watch the golfers play. The hot tub and pool were great and soooo nice to enjoy. If we could we would rate this well over 10 out of 10. It deserves soooo much more. The owner was so great. He furnished us with very helpful information and if we had a question he replied very quickly. SUPER to work with.We all want to go back and wouldn’t even consider looking elsewhere. This met our expectations and beyond. It truly was a wonderful experience staying at this house….absolutely perfect!!!!

Can’t think of a better place to stay for either a family vacation or golf trip. The house has all new appliances and plenty to enjoy with the pool, hot tub, and ping pong table in the garage. The location is great! Just a short bike ride to the beach and just blocks from the Robert Trent Jones course and Fazio clubhouse (backyard is on the 2nd fairway). The owner was quick to reply to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and the accommodations are spectacular. They are right on the golf course and very close to the beach. Numerous amenities in the surrounding area.

This is the 4th year that our 3 generational family has stayed in this gorgeous, immaculate home that is fully equipped with every amenity you could ever need. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled this past year with lovely finishes, state of the art appliances and a wide variety of food preparation items as well as a fabulous layout and design for easy meal prep and serving. We celebrated 2 family birthday dinners with lovely meals we prepared. Having 2 large refrigerators is wonderful. We all enjoyed gathering in the newly remodeled living room with plenty of comfortable seating for all. The bedrooms are very spacious with very comfortable bedding and our grandsons especially love the bonus loft area which is a perfect playroom for the little boys as well as a video game retreat for the teens. We loved grilling out and enjoying the well appointed deck, pool and spa which overlooks the scenic golf course. This home is located in a perfect, quiet location making for an easy walk or bike ride to the General Store and Beach. ( several bikes are provided for quests) Dave is an exceptional host and is very informative, responsive and attentive to any questions throughout the whole process making for a very easy and relaxing vacation. We all love this home and the fabulous vacation experience it provides for our extended family group and we can't wait to return next year!

First timer to HHI. The location of this home was absolutely stunning and so perfect for all my family was looking for. Walking distance to the beach, beautiful neighborhood, bike paths. The pool was amazing and the overall property was more than we could have asked for. Hosts communication was great. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Property owner was great to communicate with and the space was perfect for our group of 9. Really enjoyed the downstairs living space. However, one of the listing photos is not correct as the bunk beds have been removed (debunked?).The second floor air conditioner struggled our entire trip to cool the upstairs to the point that condensation was dripping off the vents at times and black spots/water marks from previous moisture damage could be seen in the drywall around the vents. We only had the temp set on 72 but it struggled to cool lower than 75. The natural light and windows are gorgeous but also frustrating if you’re wanting to sleep past 6:45 as the upper windows don’t have blinds in some of the rooms. The bonus room/office was unbearably hot to the point that it was unusable for us so I’m glad we didn’t plan on anyone sleeping in that room.It’s a great property but definitely needs a few updates to be truly comfortable all around. My family really enjoyed the pool!

We loved our stay. The house was clean, spacious, very comfortable, and had everything you need for an easy vacation. We loved the ease of getting to the beach - walking or biking. The pool was perfect for lounging and watching golfers go by. It is just as described on the website.

This was our second year renting this home. This is a spacious and comfortable home with everything that you need. Then there is the attention to details - the extras that are thought of - high chair for the baby, games and books for entertainment, bikes to ride, new cookware , all the accessories that you need in the kitchen, starter supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen, and more. The host is very friendly and accommodating. This home is a home away from home.

Nice updated home that accommodated our family well. Location in Palmetto Dunes was perfect for beach, tennis and pickleball! Communication with owner was great and very informative for us. Thank you!

This house provided a wonderful Spring break for our group of two families. We loved the huge kitchen and living area! The outdoor space was also great. We all really enjoyed biking around the area and to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We were beyond happy with our stay. The host was very responsive and everything was perfect.the house was close enough to everything but set away enough for a quiet stay.

We were in HH for a family wedding. The house was perfect, very roomy and comfortable, location was great quiet neighborhood. Dave was a very responsive host, no complaints.
