Our beach house is a lovely 4 bedroom, oceanfront home on the south end of Topsail Island. Topsail Beach is a quiet, family oriented beach.
Our home has 2 large bedrooms separated by a full bathroom on each side of the spacious, fully equipped kitchen/family room. One ocean side bedroom has a king sized Simmons mattress and a 42” Roku TV. The sound side bedroom has two single beds. On the other side of the family room you will find a queen sized bed with a 32” HDTV

Stayed Aug 3, 2024Our fifth year here, perfect for our three generations of family. Set back from road with ample parking. Well-equipped kitchen, screened porch plus deck. Beach toys, bikes, gas grill for guests. Little ones love the basement rec room. Hope to be back next year.

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Great stay. We loved the house and location. The layout offered plenty of space for our family of four, and the house had everything we needed. It was less than a ten minute walk to mini golf, ice cream, and roller skating.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Wonderful oceanfront home.House was clean and welcoming upon our arrival. Kitchen had all you could wish for to prepare meals at home. We loved the layout. All the furnishings were comfortable. The screened porch was a family fave. The hosts were wonderful communicators. We thoroughly enjoyed all of their recommendations. It was a perfect vacation. We hope to return next year

Stayed Aug 5, 2023This is the perfect place on the beach for our three generations of family. All the amenities of home, fabulous screened-in porch and additional deck overlooking the beach, plenty of parking, bonus play room in the basement. Visit the sea turtle hospital, Wilmington, the USS North Carolina, Airlie Gardens, and Britt's famous donuts if you stay here.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This property was more than we could of hoped for. The layout was perfect for multiple families traveling together. The family/living space was open and fit everyone. The kids loved the teen room downstairs and felt like they had a place of their own to relax at the end of the day. We loved being able to step off the back porch straight onto the beach. We will be renting this house again in the future!!
