THE HOME
Starfish Bay was purpose‑built for luxury waterfront living and completed in June 2022. Bahamian‑style exposed ceilings and an open‑plan layout create a home that feels grand yet relaxed, with every main room oriented toward the sea.

OUTDOOR LIVING — THE HEART OF STARFISH BAY
The outdoor living at Starfish Bay is exceptional. With three distinct zones totaling over 2,000 sq ft, your group will spend most of their time outside and never feel crowded.

Zone 1 — Covered porch (~600 sq ft):
Large sliding doors from the master, living room, and waterfront guest room open onto a spacious covered porch. This is the transition space between indoors and out—shaded, breezy, and furnished for lounging. Perfect for reading, napping, or escaping the midday sun while staying close to the action.

Zone 2 — Upper deck (~1,000 sq ft):
The main event: a massive uncovered deck with infinity ocean views in every direction. Furnished with four cushioned chaises, four Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining table that seats six, and a high‑top table for four. A cornhole set is always out for friendly competition. A large outdoor A/C unit helps keep the covered areas cooler on hot summer days. This is where sunsets happen, dinners are shared, and memories are made.

Zone 3 — Lower deck with ocean access:
Below the upper deck, a lower platform with wide stairs leads directly into the crystal‑clear Sea of Abaco. An outdoor shower on this level lets you rinse off after swimming, snorkeling, or a day on the boat.

Outdoor kitchen:
A full outdoor cooking setup sits on the deck level—Weber gas grill, outdoor sink, and prep counter. Grill today’s catch, prep sides, and serve everything without leaving the waterfront. The chef stays part of the group.

Hammock:
Strung on the upper deck, the hammock is a guest favorite—sway in the sea breeze with a direct view over the water.

Starfish Bay includes access to a private, protected boat slip in our on‑site marina for vessels up to ~60 ft. The marina is located on the calm canal between the property and Sugarloaf Cay—a south‑facing waterway that provides sheltered dockage in most weather, including strong northerly winds that can make other docks in the Abacos uncomfortable or unsafe.

    I'm difficult to impress, especially when it comes to rentals, but this exceeded my expectations. As we know, many rentals photograph well, but don't live up to that expectation. However, this property exceeded that standard. The dock was great, probably one of the best condition wise I've stayed at in the Abacos unlike some in treasure. House was great, well furnished with air fryer etc. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the abacos.

    The property, host and caretaker (Roland) was amazing! The property was extraordinary, and Brandon was nothing short of a tour guide. He was so helpful. Please listen to his suggestions. It made our trip! It is a lovely property. The deck area was fabulous. I used it as a personal office for several days. The views are incredible. We loved our stay. We are considering our vow renewal at this property. #stunning! Roland was also a gem. You get what you pay for. It was so well stocked. It is amazing! Book it! The photo is right off the dock.     We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and exactly as described. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Roland was on-site and incredibly helpful—always available for any questions or needs. Our kids (6 and 4) absolutely loved chatting with him each day, which made the experience even more special. We truly can’t say enough good things—an unforgettable week!

    As a renter of vrbos for over 20 years, it's hard to get me to rave about something. But Starfish Bay was truly one of the best houses we have ever stayed at. Brandon and Roland (property manager) were fantastic - super responsive, helpful, and accommodating.The house itself was perfect, really perfect. One of the best equipped kitchens we've ever had (and great cooking on the grill over the sea!) All furnishing and the house were new - and gave you the luxurious feel of a high end resort.We used the dock slip and rented a boat for the week - it was amazing along with the ice from Roland every day and the fish cleaning station on the dock.At the end of each day, sitting on the massive deck over the sea was the best - watching turtles, rays, and dolphins while we read or played games or just relaxed int he sun. Truly and amazing experience!!

    First off everything that was portrayed in the listing is spot on as it appears. The property was in pristine condition and absolutely beautiful. To have Roland there to get what we needed along with any problems ( which there weren’t any);to fix was a blessing and he was such a pleasure to have around. Contacting the owners when needed during the process of booking and what to expect was speedy and professional. I would recommend this property to ANYONE and we will be booking again here shortly.     This was our 2nd time visiting Abaco! It was our first time staying at Starfish Bay and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our week long stay! Brandon and Lucy have an amazing property and accommodations that are second to none! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was immaculate and very well appointed with any and everything you could ever possibly need or want! The huge front deck overlooking the sea of Abaco was so great for morning coffee and the sunrise to the east! The back docks, in the narrows, were great too, especially if windy on the Sea of Abaco! The snorkeling right on property was amazing! Their caretaker, Roland was extremely helpful and so kind! Unfortunately, we never had the pleasure of meeting Sandrine, but I can say that she does an amazing job keeping the house so clean and fresh! We walked along the ocean on Eastern Shores road every morning! The house is private in its location but so close to all the amenities, such as Maxwells Grocery, the liquor store and some great bars and restaurants! We would highly recommend this property for your stay in Marsh Harbour, Abaco Island! We plan to book another stay next year!     We had an absolutely amazing stay at this ocean front property in Marsh Harbor! From the moment we booked to arriving was a breeze & the property was impeccably clean. The location was perfect & the communication with the property manager was seamless. One of the highlights was the dock, which was exactly what we needed for the size of our boat. It made our boating adventures hassle-free & convenient. The hosts truly went above & beyond to make us feel like we were home, providing everything we needed & more. Packing was a breeze since the have everything covered - just clothes, swimsuits, sunscreen & deodorant were all we really needed to bring (& any food). Even their digital guide had all your questions answered, even questions you didn't know you had. Now lets talk about the view! It was absolutely breathtaking, something you could wake up to & enjoy a cup of coffee & watch the sunrise. The amenities provided were top notch, ensuring we had a comfortable & memorable stay. Roland was incredibly friendly, helpful & available whenever we needed his assistance. Needless to say, we would highly recommend this VRBO to our friends & family, & we wouldn't hesitate to rebook. Another great thing about this spot is its proximity to all the other Cays in the Abaco Islands. It made exploring the surrounding areas a breeze & added to the overall enjoyment of our trip.
