Luxury 3/2 home with pool & spa

This was my second year in Briarwood/first stay in this house. It was wonderful! The house is great - on a quiet cul-de-sac and the pool is fantastic. It gets sun most of the day and we took full advantage.The house is beautifully decorated and well-appointed. The hosts Keith and Beth are the best. I am looking forward to many more visits in the future.

Being first timers on a vacation home rental, we were so fortunate to have had the chance to be in this beautiful home. The home is in a beautiful gated community. The subdivision is so quiet & peaceful too. The home has everything we could have needed, from all the home amenities, great pool, & hot tub. It truly felt like home away from home. This has been my family's best vacation so far. We have never visted Naples before but we will definitely be back! Such a nice area with plenty to see and do! This house and location exceeded our expectations! The pics do not do begin to showcase the house. We were relaxing and in heaven the whole time. The owners Keith and Beth are super nice people makeing sure we have a great experience from start to finish! Couldn't ask for more. Absolute 10/10 all the way!

We stayed here for a week and loved every minute of it! This house is better than the photos - very clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Keith's place was amazing and comfortable. Plenty of room and the pool and spa were excellent. Keith was very responsive and made us feel welcome in his home and in Naples. He was particularly great after a traumatic incident our family had, unrelated to the home, and even checked in on us after we left. I will definitely return.

Keith and Beth were absolutely amazing, communication was the best I’ve ever received and we’ve been using VRBO for over 10 years. The online pictures don’t do this beautiful home justice. The home itself was spotless when we arrived, and had everything you could possibly need at a rental .The pool area was clean , plenty of room for our group of 7 to swim . The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, which was fine by us . We visited Lowdermilk beach the most, its really pretty but parking can be tricky in the afternoon. The only bad thing that I can say is that I had to leave and come home, I would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have been coming down for the past few years, usually the first weeks of November. Beth and Keith were great hosts, showed up to make sure we were comfortable. The couple times we had questions they were answered immediately. Great location. Can get anywhere in 15 minutes or less. Great time
