Stayed Dec 28, 2024The house was very well-appointed and extremely clean and organized. Beautiful design and great setup for our family. When the weather wasn’t great, having a comfortable house to hang in was helpful. Great spot for watching football! The pool was always warm, and the boat dock was safe and perfect for our rented boat. You can’t go wrong with this house!

Stayed Jun 26, 2024Came here on a family vacation. What can I say but beautiful house. the pool was wonderful and big , kids loved it ! Area was nice just a short drive to Marco Island. Anything you need was in the house. A short ride to the everglades for fan boat tour with the kids , definitely try if in the area. Communication between owners and myself couldn't have been any easier . Any question or concerns I had they answered right away . Will Def rent again if in the area

Stayed Jul 3, 2024We had an amazing time. The house was great, fully equipped, comfortable, spacious, clean, loved the decor, beach and airy atmosphere. We had our boat at the dock, the ramp it’s 2 miles away for the house, the boat stayed on the dock the entire stay and it was great. The terrace was cover and we also had an amazing time at the pool. Communication with Silvio was excellent, always with a prompt replied. Overall say was awesome, will definitely come back here.
