Luxurious Waterfront Home w/ Private Pier & Views!

Weather kept us from going snow ice storm We contacted VRBO with our problem and ask for some consideration The response from VRBO was not considered

Many broken items need to be repaired. Lack of dishes, glasses, mugs. Not clear on the 6th bedroom being disconnected from the rest of the house. Not allowed to flush toilet paper. Ridiculous! Many issues.

Beautiful location that offered solitude while also being very close to town. The only downside is that they are having some sort of septic issue and they asked us not to flush and toilet paper/other products down the toilets. This was a minor inconvenience in comparison to how spacious and gorgeous the property was.

Clean, perfect for fishing weekend

We enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect close by to the grocery store, museums, and downtown Georgetown. The home was neat, clean, very spacious, great view of the lake as well as easy access and walk on the private pier. The owner and staff were pleasant, very accessible and responded promptly to answer questions prior to our stay.

Our stay was great. There was plenty of space for our group. It would have been helpful to know that the 6th bedroom was only accessible through the garage and that the garage did not have direct access to the house (you have to use the front or back steps to access the main part of the house). The communal living space does not have a TV, but all of the bedrooms do. The dock/pier is amazing. We stayed over the 4th of July and the local fireworks show was visible from both the dock and the house!

Overall, it was great. The master suite was amazing! Pier was great although no fish were biting. Had one issue with the cleanliness on the bedroom off the garage (Bed linen soiled). Everything else was fine. Close to grocery store and restaurants downtown Georgetown.

Overall the property was nice. We didnt like that the downstairs wasn't as clean as the rest of the house. The garage door went off track when we tried to open it and the grass wasnt cut. The response from the property manager was in point. She communicated very well and she sent someone to clean the downstairs.

Very nice and modern home. The view is beautiful. The house was clean but could be a bit cleaner. The wooden blinds were a bit dusty and other areas had dust. Home was perfect size for six people but the sixth bedroom was located off of the garage. You have to go outside, downstairs, through the garage (that has no entrance directly into the house) to get to the sixth bedroom. This was not ideal for six ladies. So two had to double up in a room. There is a double garage but you can't park in it because of items. This was a girls trip of relaxing, watching movies and bonding time but there was not a tv in the main living area. All the bedrooms had tvs but not in the common area. We had to move a tv from one of the rooms and place it on the floor to have a tv in the common area. If these items were fixed, it would be a perfect getaway house and location.

The property is beautiful and accommodated our family well. Loved the light airy view and one comment by a family member was if I owned this, I would never leave! Property is also conveniently located to town and yet in a nice quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend

Beautiful place and close to downtown. The views are amazing.

My Dad and his wife live in Georgetown but the rest of us are spread out in North and South Carolina. We decided to stay together in this house and we all had a great time. Kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. Plenty for everyone to do, very spacious, clean, easy check-in and out and plenty of parking.
